Stock ICS Email Client Doesn't Show Images in Email Body - Samsung Epic 4G Touch

I'm running the latest Blazer ICS ROM. I swapped out the Samsung Email.apk and Exchange.apk with their stock ICS counterparts. I have the Email client linked to my Exchange account at work; almost everything is working except that images in the bodies of emails will not display even after tapping "Show Pictures." I only get the outline of the image with a little "?" in the center of the outline. I have another device running stock ICS 4.0.4 and the same thing happens so I don't think the issue is with the ROM. I can view the images by clicking on the "Attachments" tab in the email, just not in the body. Has anybody else noticed this or maybe have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Change calendar colors

Never had this issue till now cuz I always used tb to restore calendar settings but how can I change the colors that appear in the calendar for the default calendar I am using? This is samsung calendar and stock email app I'm using.

You Can't.
Oh but yes you can. So when coming from a fresh flash whic ever email acct you set up first will have blue color in the calendar the second one gets red. When I og posted this my gmail was blue and my exchange was red. Which my exchange was usually blue. But I reflashed and by accident setup my exchange email first and it was blue in the calendar.

[Q] FB17 calendar snyc?

I just installed calks deodexed fb17 stock ROM, steadys kernel, and then hit it with overstews theme. (looks gorgeous and run infinitely better than the one click method I was previously running)
My question is regarding the calendar not snycing with facebook. I have snubbed manually, re added the account. checked all the settings, it still just refuses to snyc. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this and fixed it? or is this something I will simply have to live with as a result of my impatience to have ice cream sandwich?

[Q] Email not loading any messages.

Would really appreciate some help on this one. Recently factory reset my phone and updated to the uvlde update. I noticed the email app had changed a bit. When i put my account in (an imap account) it wont load any messages. Im beyond positive that i have the right settings. I can send an email to myself even, but it won't show up on my phone. I hit load messages, cog spins for a second then it just stops. I hit load more messages . spins then nothing.... Any ideas? I've tried clearing data and putting the account back inane few times with no luck .

Go into setting then accounts and sync then click on your gmail account and make sure email is syncing or you won't be able to retrieve new emails

Click to collapse
Try going to the photo gallery and going to the pic you want to email then at the top there should be a button that let's you email it or press the menu button and email it that usually works for me

I have seen this both the G2 and the SGSII. The stock email app and some email settings/policies do not play nicely. The work around seems to be download a different email app (such as K9 email) or forward your school mail to your gmail account that is hooked up to your phone.
Other than that, maybe the ICS update will fix it some how or another.
Yea im banking on the ics update... Heres something very interesting: Ive had to replace this phone once already for a different problem. The gs2 i had before this had a slightly different stock email app that worked with my imap fine. Difference was the stock email had settings that allowed me to select peak push times and like days of the week to sync most. This stock email app on this replaced phkne does not have those settings... As well as not having the imap work. Anyone notice that in their settings? That is... The push time options. Super weird that there coukd be two different ones ive encountered on the same phone..

Stock Email not Storing all emails

Eversince I have upgraded to ICS, the stock email does not keep more than 25 emails at a time(to view). Can someone help me figure out what I need to do to correct this issue?
I never had this problem when I was on GB. I would be able to store and preview emails that were 2 months old
Thanks for any suggestions

Loading complete e-mails

How do I load complete e-mails automatically without having to click on more details? It'd be great if my e-mails would load all images and details automatically, is there a way to do this? Thanks
In what app? Gmail? Stock email? Another client?

Stock Touch Wiz e-mail app using Darkside Evolution 3 v8
I use Enhanced Email, so I actually had to reinstall stock to check on this. There didn't seem to be a setting to not truncate or to display all images. However looking at some messages, they didn't seem to be getting cut off, and inline images were displaying fine. This was testing with my Gmail account, so if you're using something else there might be a server side setting that's doing it.
