Its a ported Rom... it was pulled out from t989 for those reasons is what i gathered

At the frequency this dude is making threads, I'd say he is pretty **** hurt about the whole situation. If you want to make a difference, start deving it yourself.
You should make another thread about 4.1. Devs are fueled by threads about 4.1. If you dont keep going some devs will starve.

I really dont think thats true first off jb isnt a huge upgrade in the first place and sec even the vibrant has a alpha jb rom out so that cant be true for us and one of our devs is working on one now its a w.i.p

If you're asking if there is a zip that will deodex your current setup the answer is no.
If you would like to flash a full ROM that has already been deodexed, the link has been posted above.
There are quite a few great deodexed GB27 ROMs available in the Epic 4G Touch Android Development forum. I can't suggest any because I will not play favoritism toward any developer or their project. You need to decide for yourself what you want to run.

I've used it on GC01. Did you clean cache, dalvik? Try flashing with safe kernel?
