3.5 what exactly? Which exact Sense rom was it? have you tried asking in the rom creator's thread?

[Q] Robos RCMIX S 1.7.2 no more compass working

Hi all ,
can anyone confirm this issue?
Is it a gingerbread release?
Compass does not work in leaked gingerbread unless you have the latest kernel made by snq (v5).
At least that's what I was told.
If you are planning to replace your kernel, first do a Nandroid backup!

Hi,
I'm sorry, just noticed you have that kernel I was talking about.
You can try to reinstall kernel
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1039004&page=23
Yesterday I read something about removing a file and then having to recalibrate the compass in order for it to work.
Can't find it right now, you should try and do a search on this forum maybe...
Grtz!

Bumpity bump, if anyone has any idead/recommendations on how to fix it, the mobile version of fb, m.facebook.com in the browser app has the same issue....
Sent from my Desire HD using xda premium
Then it's a recent Facebook issue, though it's not happening to me. You should wait for them to fix it.
Don't bump your threads. At least not so soon. It's annoying for those who read. This isn't an IM conversation. Bumping won't bring up a notification and make people see your post any faster. They'll see it when they do, and reply if they have anything to say. Give it time after you post.

HTC One X Album art not showing after rooting

Hello,
I am new to the forums and sorry if this isn't posted in the correct place. The problem I am having is that after rooting including a factory reset is that some album art are not showing up on the screen. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to fix this?

Hi Ethan
It might be worth running fix permissions - I had a similar issue with contact photos not showing in the SMS application.
Sorry if I sound a bit thickheaded

I am not urgent but what does fix permissions do? And how could it solve my problem which it didn't. Anyone else experiencing the same problem?
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
yeah it only work when you wipe and reinstall the rom!
but if you don't want to wipe your data you cango to each album and play it and press back and do it with others the albumart will work correctly now!
Delete the files from your sd card and then copy them back over from the original source
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Still not working, this might change everything, but somehow some album art work is showing, some aren't. They had always appeared before my root and wipe.
Sent from my HTC One X using xda app-developers app
Well even after i rooted my phone its showing random pics for the music tracks without an album art and when i delete the pic, it just puts another one. Is there a solution?

Hy guys
i've just rooted my one x with jdroid rom and now i can't find my sd card on my phone. it's show's that i have only 2GB on phone space. the rest of my 24 or 25 gb is nowhere...help ?
I am glad I am not the only one but I found a way out with an album art downloader app. Search it up in the play store. Revert to stock sense ROM and check if it fixes your problem. It could be the ROM that is causing it.

I can't say for sure, could indeed be the case. I am trying to research a bit more and then report it properly with a logcat dump, although not sure where is the best place to do this.
Thank's...

[Q] Google now doesn't answer.

Has someone found a solution to let Google Now answer on your question? It just search for an answer on google. (Example: What time is it?)
I have already read the posts for other devices and none of the answers is working for me. I have ARHD 13.0 Jelly Bean Rom from mike1986 on my HTC One X.
(It can be that my English is not always correct.)

Yes, I can ask a question and Google Now put the question on Google and push on search. It doesn't answer the question like I have seen in several YouTube videos.

Your language must be set to US English, but it doesn't matter where you are.
Also, you have to phase your questions with a somewhat specific syntax. Here is a good video showing how:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fHkhp6BwnGo
I have already tried with my whole phone in US English. I have also seen that YouTube video.

I do not have those cards in Google Now neither it showed me "I am in" option. When i long press home button it only offers Web voice search, nothing more. Am I doing something wrong?
Works fine for me on CM10
