[Q] Motorola Defy with out android market :(

I buy new Motorola Defy couple of days back (Middle east) .. but unfortunately there is no market to download softwares .. i downloaded apk for market but it doesnt work ... i mange to get some important softwares like skype,nimbuzz, xboxm smsbackup etc by getting apks ...... i gone through so many forums but didn't find any solution .. can somebosy pls guide me how to install this ******* market in my defy ... if i have to root my fone i dont care about warranty .. but plz guide me step by step how to root my device .... thanks in advance

Apparently phones intended for Saudi do not have Market as it's not allowed.

you can still make it work, probably just need to do some trickery.

Hi there.. Im from kuwait and i have the market installed why dont u come here and get yourself a phone from here ;-).. And if im not mistaken i read somewhere that there are plans to provide the android market..i.e paid and free apps.. for both KSA and UAE..

Well i don't think developers will work on such a new device so soon , let it sell it little bit more .
Anyways try Kayant , he seems like a nice dev , might port some stuff if you ask nicely :angel:

It isn't even a new device.
In fact it's slower and it's hardware older than our old device, the defy. The phone this forum is actually dedicated to.

Guys atleast can anyone point out a compatible cwm recovery??

I am new to XDA and i have a little knowledge about Rooting Phones. But i got a Note 2 (German one without Branding and SIMLOCK)
I readed a lot about Rooting this Phone but theres so much to read about it still Confuse me and i dont know how to begin and what to do
