Installed it this morning. Its complied from the official source released from the folks at XBMC. I take no credit whatsoever. I found a version that was meant for the mini pc MK802. Enjoy.
Edit: The source was just released yesterday from XBMC so there are a lot of things that Will not load properly. It will come with time. Still great to see that it functions.
Had to restart phone after install to get add ons like navi x to load properly.

Awesome, works great. Video playback is great, except sound during video playback is having trouble. (Sound works good with headphones?)

Does this work on gb also or is it for ics only?
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
Just tested this out video playback works well played an avi and mp4 no problems. Anyone with audio issues adjust the volume before you open the app and make sure the sound is maxed in the app. It will then work without studdering.. So far I'm impressed can't wait for more updates

There's a pretty high demand for low dpi and tablet ui, I think cm should work on it as an option that would work natively

That would be AMAZING.
We had the tablet UI mod for alpha 3 then the dev quit updating it.

Can you use this with themes like Purple Kush (which is the cat's pajamas, btw!)? I'm also running a nightly, are they still compatible?

Sure. When I was using the tab mod, most themes worked flawlessly.

Haha, I saw this started a few days ago and decided not to start on the burn wagon. I love the responses of those who did and by those who did it.
There is one theme that I know doesn't work on the tablet. That's the Crimson Cobalt for CM9 and AOKP...that one will send all kinds of crap spinning.
I don't know how many 2010-11 android users we have(it seems like we got hella n00bs lately- no offense), do you guys remember federico? Launcher pro creator (he was rewriting the app), he made uber music, which looks great and a lot like windows phone metro ui, fede hasn't make any updates since last year, almost a year from now, idk where he is and I don't think people do, so I guess his apps are still there but not updates, so I was wondering if there is any app the does the same with music control on notifications an extra features

No problem, I love this app. It's not the best out there poweramp is in my opinion but this was well worth the $3.20 in the market.

all you need to do is simply install it as though it is a regular app.

I can confirm that. But I can also confirm if you already have a picture you want to edit that works 100%.
I added in the missing libxxxx.so file, but still not working. I don't think it likes our cam sensor. Oh well.
Cool. I use Sketchguru. Will try this out.

Expect it to run laggy as anything. The dinc can barely handle android 4.2.2. Throw on halo and you have a performance nightmare. I'd say it can be done but it's a horrible idea. Overlaying apps on top of others on an old device can't be a good thing for performance. Zach would probably add it to his roms knowing him.
Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Oh, well I use my dinc as an mp3 player and messenger... So I just need a couple apps so the ram doesn't slow it down... I was using ur ROM for a while and it is super quick... Faster than my galaxy nexus... Just wanted to try out halo to switch back between music and messaging...

The app in the play store doesn't do much on its own. It needs the framework commits to be even worthwhile. I think the app extends features from the open source part:
http://www.xda-developers.com/android/paranoid-android-team-open-sources-halo/
Zach has a build up with halo it runs surprisingly well. Not at all glitchy.

So I barely discovered this. It's called Drastic and it's a Nintendo DS emulator. $5. Runs pretty smooth on the Note 3. I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner. It's pretty awesome.

Yep this is easily the best ds emulator for android hands down, runs everything you throw at it smoothly and is constantly updated with bug fixes and enhanced features. This was an easy and instant purchase from me when I got that Google play store credit a month or two ago that they were giving away.

I never owned a DS and always wanted to play New Super Mario Bros. I was able to finish the entire game with this emulator. It's amazing and worth every cent. I highly recommend. Also, Mario Cart and bunch of others are really fun too. Hope they add multiplayer emulation and this will be insanely good.
