[Q] Stuck on Kindle Fire Logo Screen with no ADB

OK, folks. Hopefully somebody can help me out of this mess I've caused. I'm currently stuck on the Kindle Fire Screen with no access to ADB to get into fastboot or anything else.
Here's how I got there:
Fire was rooted and had CWM recovery installed using KFU
Downloaded Pure AOKP ICS ROM with 3.0 kernel
Flashed with CWM like an idiot, instead of using TWRP like the instructions called for
Here I am -- My Kindle shows up in Windows 7 Device Manager, but can not be found via ADB; it just hangs on the Kindle Fire boot screen.
I've done a lot of reading on the subject and I'm really hoping I won't have to resort to getting a factory cable.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, folks!
The only thing I can think of atm is either the KFU or the kindle fire unbrick utility. Try both.. good luck..
Sounds like you are not bricked and fast boot is possible.
I would recommend trying to fast boot twrp onto it and get into recovery.

Kindle fire 2 Stuck at boot logo

Not sure if Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is rooted

I have a Kindle Fire HDX 8.9" Current Version: 14.3.1.0_user_310079820
I tried to root my kindle a few weeks back and got a bit confused. I can't tell If I have rooted my kindle succesfully.
Installed ADB (Windows states that driver is already installed)
Try to update device drivers, select kindle but no device drivers are avaliable to install.
I'm just really confused. I just want to learn how to root a kindle, install a custom ROM then be able to restore it to stock if I don't like it.
Can any one tell me if I have rooted my device or not?

[Q] KF1 no root after successful rooting

Hi there,
I used KFU 0.9.9 to root my KF1 with 6.3.2 update. Passed all the steps, KFU says all successful, but atthe end - when I open Superuser app, it says - No root. Does not boot in recovery - tries, but always boots in Normal mode
I've rooted the Kindle before and it unrooted after 6.3.2
I've googled and read a lot, but didn't find a solution.
Could you help?
Thank you in advance

Fire TV Stick v1 Bricked (lost?)

Hello, im new on xda forums.
I want to know if is possible recover my fire tv stick v1 (I think 54.1.1.3_user_110045520 the last before brick.)
The problem is when turn on loops on White Logo. I read lots of threads about Recovery Option but the problem is:
I replace the Amazon Recovery with CWM without bootloader unlocked with adbfire. Now i cant access. When i try with
recovery boot show:
failed to mount /cache/log. / cache/recovery/.
I try to root with Kingo Root and its rooted, but i cant grant access with the popup alert(because is stuck on white logo.)
In the logs adb catlog show this message about 10 times and restart:
"ServiceManager: Waiting for service broadcom.tvservice..."
I think i cant do anymore if adb does not have root access. Its correct?
thank you so much and sorry for my bad english!
