Format as FAT on your PC.
when i put my sd memory 64 gb to my pc, ask format ...
when i put to my phone is ok
any idea ?!
format with this
http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm
Format it in the phone.
I didn't had that option, card was not recognised.
You can format it with the phone. Don't format USB storage as it is the internal storage! Format the SD card, some users make that mistake before.
If not, use another phone to format it or with another computer.

oh right, thats oput doubts in my mind then now, unless someone else has got good advice??
This is work fine just read there are post in this section saying how you need to format, i think if the rom you have is JB then this will be supported as ICS did not support exfat.
Also if you want something better go in for the new Samsung ones they have speed of 90 mbps but not are available in all countries and are very very expensive but the best money can buy
I got 2 of these one still in the package and it work right out of the box

It works fine in my N8000. Just poked it in and works fine straight out of the packet. Checked it in the PC and it came as exFat.
I believe in the UK we did not get the update to read exFat and I should have read all posts before ruining the Micro SD.

Why you are buying such crap like 'Patriots' cards?
Buy SanDisk cards.
I have 32GB SanDisk micro SDHC ultra card and have no problem at all.

+1 SanDisk ultra disk. ..32 gb... not even a flicker of issue
scribbled from my note 2 (N7100)
backup all data from memory card via previous phone.
then format it twice.
Thanks guy for the advice, 32GB san disk is what I bought

My laptop and Xperia arc doesn't recognise the sd card anymore

Try to leave the card in the phone and use a cable instead. The more you handle the card the greater the risk of ruining it. It's not Note2 specific... the same goes for all phones.

I thought the problem only on Sandisk Ultra 32GB?
I got same problem last time and fortunately can back it up before its broken. And the seller also refunded and I bought Transcend ultra 32GB...
Is this Transcend also have the same problem?

What format is everyone using for this tablet? I have a new SanDisk Ultra 64gb card, and I don't know if I should format to exfat or fat32...
Any advice?
Hello?
Doesn't it have to be FAT32? But in any event, if you put it in the device and it's the wrong format, the device should prompt you to reformat it automatically.
Works with exFAT. You can put larger files on exFAT over FAT32 which has a 4gb limit...
Most 64gb sd cards come pre-formatted exFAT..
Thanks!
mine Keeps rejecting the one I had in my note 2 Exfut should work though

Use your tablet to format the card. I think it will format exfat.

Good to hear. If you get an adaptor you can actually run (theoretically) up to 2 Tb sd cards. I have a 128Gb sd card attached, via a micro sd to sd adaptor, and am waiting for my 256Gb sd cards to arrive...
Got the adaptor here if interested - http://linitx.com/product/sdmicro-to-sd-card-adapter/11922
Hi, can you install apps to the micro sd or is it for media only?

Thanks nelvinchi for a "sense" reply. I have ordered a 32gb class 10 card from Amazon, due to the fact you cannot install apps too them 32gb will be plenty for me, if you could of installed apps I would have payed for 64gb, hence the reason for my question.
