First German WM 6.1 for Artemis
For all german users, if you like to have a german WM 6.1 rom for your Artemis take a look here. You can choose between 3 Versions: Complete, Medium and Megalight at moment. A very good speedy rom by Mossi

mmhh I'm having some problems with this ROM, SMS & MMS entry don't appear in the Messaging windows, there's no way to acces to SMS & MMS.
Have somebody else the same issues..??
By openning the PocketCM, the application will be inmediatly closed and any error report is showed.

Same problem here. SMS/ MMS and PocketCM don't work.

Youtube for Xperia with Windows Mobile 6.5 Rom

Hi, i have a german Windows Mobile 6.5 Rom, but my Youtube app is not working
with WM 6.1 it works very good, but it dowsnt work with my 6.5 rom
have anywhere a new Youtube app?

have you tried downloading the application from YouTube directly?

i have downloading the X1i-Youtube-v0-1-a.zip
but wehen i start a video say:
cannt not play this video

What/whose rom are you using? Generally that error is a dshow and driver error in 6.5....

i use EmuB5 ROM Windows Mobile 6.5 (21812) / R3AA007 GENERIC

I suggest reporting the error to him/her since they made the custom rom,as I dont know what driver packages or dshow packages he/she is using that is my best suggestion...

das hab ich doch schon lange gemacht, es startet auch, aber wenn ich ein video auswähle und abspeieln will gehts halt nicht

you have a GERMAN ROM
RENAME every youtube MUI file from 0409 to 0407

thx the official youtub eplayer works perfect

cant install apps (froyo) and other problems

i hope you can help me. after i installed 2.2 i cant install apps from the market. its downloading and when it want to install something my desire is rebooting

Same probleme here. Do you have an unbranded desire? Tried to install apps with goldcard inserted, doesn't help

Gleiches Problem. Traue mich nicht, es beim zweiten debrandeten Handy auch zu updaten.

kann es sein das die handys jetzt sozusagen schrott sind? backup könn wir auch nicht mehr machen

Just resetted my phone and now it works... crazy ****

was ur desire rooted?

NOTE!: as stated previously there are compatibility issues updating between the android versions. Therefore a factory reset is recommended as a sure fire method to resolve problems like this.

No ACC-streams with Gingerbread?

Hello everybody!
I have a little problem/a little question.
I´ve flashed Cyanogen 7, which is based on Gingerbread.
And now I´ve tried to open some ACC radio streams...the links are from yourmuze.fm, and should be opened on my Desire with XilliLive.
That was no problem before when I had a Froyo based ROM (Cyanogen 6.1.1) on my phone.
But now, the app could not open the stream any more....it tries and tries, but nothing happens.
Does anybody know why this is not possible with Gingerbread?

Kernel..: 2.6.32.9... < too long -.-
I flashed it with the 34.0.3......sbf
There is no Market app on my Defy.

My comment was that some people seem to be purchasing phones retail that were originally designed for markets (like Saudi) where they do not allow the market app. May not be the case here.

I'm new (1 week old here) so not allowed to post in the development section.
Anyway, I had the same problem. I downloaded 3.4.3-3 GB from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=965846
Then, no market of course. So I downloaded Crazy Rom from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=967295
And now I can use market again (can run market app, can download, can install apps no problem).
But with that ROM, Swype was missing. So I went back to the 1st I included & downloaded the Swype fix.
Hope that helps.

Just FYI, I just flashed to this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=978792 & everything works (no blur though). The only thing I missed is the ability to sync contact pics from Facebook. For that I used T-Mobiles Social Buzz (lost the link though). Less headache than 3.4.3-3 GB.
