Since it's Sense 3.0 based ROM it is unstable, but fast
Included app MoreLocale 2 - I got full russian translation after using this app; try your language and tell us results
and i'm not a dev, just advanced user, but i'll try my best

If there is graphic glitches,this mean that the camera should be working,right?
The glitches are a fix for the camera.
In the first post you stated that the camera is not working,
So can we revert back to the old gralloc to remove the glitches because the new one is useless here ?
or there is something else that needs the new gralloc ?

name of the archive is KingdomHD2-V1.zip, it means that it is first version for hd2 based on second version for original desire

After install if you want the same homescreen as on the pics:
in setting choose theme then choose xperia ex.Delete the two widgets in default screen ,long press on the screen choose widget and weather widget and that's done!

Glad to know you are doing CM7. This kind of ROM is the most stable one. I am using Typhoon's version daily now.
By the way, I tried your sense 3.0 V2 ROM recently. I do like its speed and BEAUTIFUL interface. However, I encountered some freeze and hot reboots. Some of the issues may be related to my old slow class 2 SD card. Will you update the sense 3.0 ROM? Or you recommend the sense 3.5 one? Which one responds faster?

Nice Rom, installed perfectly and works pretty neat. I like the Camera recording but the pictures come out a little greenish? Idk it may be me because its night here so that may be playing a role in the greenish effect. Nonetheless nice Rom

Sorry , i haven't try... Fc too on Volume settings in the parameters...

Tested so far ... the Wifi is turning on/off ... and doesn't detect my router .. as it keep switching on/off

Go to Airplane mod, reboot
Enable Wifi and after quit the Airplane mod... May be...

what I have found so far the cam and video works well (camcorder playback also works well) the the volume and display in settings f/c i did fix permissions. The battery for awhile showed 100% then all of a sudden dropped to 95% ( i checked it against current widget which said 97%) will run it all day and check it out apart from that everything else seems to work (vpn works good).

i think battery really bad plz fix it

install about 5 times but always something goes wrong on first boot and on second boot gets boot loops

I m getting boitloop because of sd-ext it got hung because my SD ext was having some apps data I wiped it and then was working perfectly but suddenly after 30 minutes everything started force closing

strange..........problm.....try to flash rom without ext partition on sd...and see the problm agn comes or not..:good:

please devil rom v3 with video record, this is the best rom for gaming

It isn't. Better for games is Oxygen. This rom is good, but you can find other betters, but good job yogesh.

Yep yup can.I have a Leo EU and to gain more internal space make an ext partition on ur sdcard and choose NativeSD or Data on ext method

I have try on nand magldr, after hit finish setup have error prompt and give blank screen, reboot phone 2 time and same error when i hit finish button after setup.

Anurag, can you provide another mirror please?
