I'm new to the E4GT, coming from the trusty Vibrant. The phone is great, but, when I am on 4g nothing downloads from the play store...it just says waiting for network and stays like that forever. Is this a known issue? I tried google and found nothing. Anyone ever have this issue? Know how to fix it?
Omg was there not just another thread about this. People please read and search before you make a new thread

People aren't using it because it does't work unless you're on Verizon or go through some complicated process which you'll have to search to find.
works fine for me. Did you get the one on here? Did you get the updated one a few pages into that thread?
works fine and been working since pre-season... Do a search read a couple dozen pages and I guarantee you. if you read right you will be watching redzone and football later....
Good Luck
I'm using the one pulled from the epic forum. Works great.

I was having trouble with the browser back button, market install loop hole so I was excited to find this.
1. clear data on browser and market
2. go to market.android.com from a PC and search for GW
3. sign in like normal
4. when the drop down shows up with your devices (all grey'd out) use chrome to phone to send that link
5. the accept and download button should pop up in the market app on your GN.
6. hit the button and the app will install even though the incompatibility error still is displayed.

or...
Turn on airplane mode, and wifi, and just go to the Android Market and download it. There are a few ways to do it, and more than a few threads on it.

I tried the airplane mode with wifi the other day and it didn't work for me. I will have to give that a shot again today.

Its been a while since I did it (the same day the latest update came out).
From your phone's browser, google "google wallet". Click the corresponding result that is the android market link and when it pops up a windows to use Market or Browser to open the link, just choose Market. Press install and be done. Now if they would just get the pre-paid cards working again...
You just need to click on a direct link then then open in the market app.

This was already posted by me. You're a little late. Not to be rude but, you, much like many other people are the problem with the over cluttered redundant threads on XDA. There's a search button for a reason. Now should anyone have any trouble, there is a lot more info there since we had to troubleshoot more than just the Verizon devices.

The basic method is probably the same, but doing it through Chrome to Phone was much more convenient for me. Worked the first time, unlike doing it through the phone browser.

I'm not arguing that it was any better or worse. However, it would have been more efficient to use a thread already in use. It's kinda like all these battery threads we have. Why do we have so many? People either don't want to search or just feel good creating their own thread. This place could be much more efficient with some spam control.

Did you add the prepaid card on another rom? Once you switch you lose the ability tobre-add until Google fixes the issue.

Hi jonathan3579. Full credit to you for coming up with the method - thank you!
Respectfully, I would disagree with your statement that the OP's post is just clutter. The OP provides a new approach to load GW, which I appreciate because I could not get the other method to work (prolly my error, but nice to have alternatives).
This new approach would be extremely hard to find on your thread "How to get Google Wallet (from Market) on Galaxy Nexus" - that thread is over 10 pages long, and I don't know of any way to sort through that many responses to find the one post with a usefull suggestion for an alternative method.
If there is a better way to search that I'm unaware of that will help me find a post like this that's on a 10 page thread I am all ears though. Thanks for your feedback.
Jw if anybody knows of a newer apps that has scrollable wallpapers but as in a different picture for each screen. Since EL29 took that out for example multipicture live wallpaper no longer works. I know some roms have fixed it but I just had to get my previous phone replaced which was rooted but Im not gonna root this one just yet I might as well wait for the ICS update whenever that is lol. But Im trying to get my phone like this. http://mycolorscreen.com/2011/12/09/multihome/
Oh ok. Idk why I post here. People only respond if it has to do with rooting. Over 200 views and nothin. My last post either oh well Android central actually helps ppl out

Well first off you posted in the wrong section. Then you get annoyed because people don't respond. Maybe they don't know the answer? I wouldn't want a bunch of "no clue" and "I don't know" responses....
Try finding the answer for yourself. Chances are someone has had the same question or problem.

I don't know of one that changes when you scroll but Wallpaper Changer app has options to change wallpaper every time you unlock the phone or you can set it to change every certain amount of minutes that you are able to set

Ok 1st of ALL apparently it is stated this app will trigger the Emmc brick bug!! So if you're like me and not sure if you have it do not try this! I actually do have it but I'm not really sure what that means. Anyway I'm wondering if anyone has tried this and seen any difference. Lots of others in this thread are loving the app but I haven't noticed any e4gt users. Thanks.

I know the feeling about newborns . You're on cm10.1, have you tried opening your apns using voice dialer and making sure it's set on VM's mmsc. I'm not for sure but I think beanstalk is Sprint based. Try that and see if it produces fruit

Do not go off topic in threads. If you have issues with something that has nothing to do with a thread that you are in, use the search function or Google. If that fails, start a new topic in the QA section. Not only is it rude, but it is also against the rules.
