The tittle pretty much explains it all. I would really like to have a Android boot animation based off of Mortal Kombat. I'm willing to pay a little for it too. Anyone that's interested please let me know. In sure there's other fans out there too that would like something like this

how about a mk1 fatality..
So I was just messing around with my phone and I found this cool way to change your brightness settings without having to go into settings. So besically all you have to do is slide across the top bar of the phone (where the time, battery, and data signal notifiers are). But do not pull down the notification bar just slide across the bar sliding to the right turns up the brightness sliding it left turns down the brightness. It works on GB and ICS. I dont know if this is a known feature or if samsung put it in there or if its just a glitch but i just wanted to share it.

To the flamers: Keep it up. Pretty soon you'll completely destroy any atmosphere of sharing and open exchange and render XDA irrelevant as a resource for new, experienced users and everyone in between.
Best Devs and Themers bar none can be found right here.
As someone who has trouble holding onto a device for very long (as referenced by me many times already) I've since found a serious love for (addiction to?) custom ROMs and themes. And here at XDA there are so many to choose from that every time I flash a new one I feel like I have a whole new phone in my hand. Usually by now I'm beating back a major craving to buy a new device but for once, since my smartphone buying days started, I'm content with my phone and okay to wait and see what's next. (just hate hearing about it for months in advance lol)
I hope you know the tireless work you guys (gender non-specific) put into these ROMs/Themes does not go unappreciated. If I'd paid more attention to XDA in my OG EVO days I might've avoided the mistake that was EVO 3D and enjoyed my OG EVO until my upgrade (the E4GT) became available.
Major kudos to all of you and thank you, thank you for your hard work and dedication.
Well said, my wife seen some of these roms and the themes that go with them then looked at her stock e4gt and finally told me to root and install blazer 4.1 ROM with ics sherbet theme. Now she has a new respect for xda and all the hard work these devs and themers put in for us all.

I feel ya. My girl just installed go launcher after three months and couldn't believe all the different things she could do. I know its bad of me to not mention it to her sooner but just like noobs in the forums, I knew I would be doing double time to help her. This way she moves into it at her own pace per se. I know I'm in for it when ICS is released. Even though it will have the same touchwiz feel, I can see that the reversed "ok" or "cancel" is gonna be enough to open a can. If you know what I mean. Lol.

I agree. The Et4g made me want to contribute. Everyone is friendly and they are a bunch of funny smart asses (You know who you are) Lol. I actually feel like i fit in. Plus is bar none the best SGS2 device across every other carrier.

HI everyone. I am a noob to android. I love to flash roms like there going out of syle. But i also love to figure out thing no matter what its. So here it goes. I have beening learning too theme the last 2 months or so. I have most of the basic's down. But i find that it is kinda boring theming all by myself.So i figured i would put this out there. I still have my OG but screen is cracked and LCD is leaking. It pains me to turn it on and see it like it is. I'm gonna need some testers that can provide log cats and that know what they're doing and also don't mind wiping their phone at random notices .
