Does anyone knows how to remove the uper banding from the dialer (or contacts) or to make it transparent? Is for ICS 4.0.4.

Yes, I solve it. I'm using the dialer (secphone.apk) from Turkbey's ROM which has removed the banding and centered the name and phone number of the caller..
It was too complicated for me to modify it.

Can you post that secphone.apk?
Edit: nevermind, just noticed that it's for ics.
Turkbey make also JB ROMs not only ICS. You can try the secphone/apk from his latest JB ROM and see how it is.
Is true that I tried only secphone.apk from his ICS ROM and is very nice.

Hey. Sorry guys, can somebody change a little phone.apk of RR 2.7 ICS 4.0.4. Is it possible to do that when an incoming call, the background under the icons answer / reject call / SMS was transparent like in JB or had a different view, such as in the second image (large photo, and trimmed black background). Now contact picture looks ugly when an incoming call (image 1).
I would be very grateful, and sorry for my English.
Maybe if you provide the apk file, it would be easier. I don't even know what RR rom is !!

I attached the file, and the first screenshots for an incoming call, the second after the response. Photo is large, only need to cut the black background on the edge of a photo, or make it transparent.
You know... RR have their own MOD thread... probably would have been better if you posted for help/request in there:

Is there any MMS.apk with theme editor (change colours) AND icon notification (a circle above apk icon with number of unread messages, working with TouchWiz) ?
I've seen this features separetly, not together.
If someone find it, I'll be thankful.

maybe it is and yes, it came by default as i can see it on the preview. maybe the themes homescreen size was big enough for galaxy w? thats why i can't see them. is there a way of resizing it or what so ever so it will appear? thnx

The setting I want to mod is under Settings>Device/Call settings (you know, the setting tab to setup things like voicemail, call forwarding), is SemcPhone.apk the correct one? Because I can't seems to find the styles I want to mod.

If I'm right, you might need to create the things yourself or get the files from a already done mod...

Hi guys, was wondering if someone could make the edits that makes the settings menu background on 4.4.4 transparent, I've been using mostly clear apps that I could find and now the missing link is to have my settings menu background transparent. I would be really greatful and I'm quite sure a lot of others in the forum would be too if this could be done... Thanks in advance

I'm looking for a direct edit method to be done here, should've made that clear...
It can be done by tweaking the SustemUi.apk but you need to say more clearly what is to be done. Pull the SystemUI.apk from adb and send it to me... Maybe I can do it... but don't raise your hopes high
