for those who did'nt know.. creeds rom 3.5 are made from indian csc only which is not a multi csc made Rom. so you need to flash your own csc by which country you belong. .. thats the only thing you can fix that issue..
for example DXLC1 for indonesian philippines and.etc. you need to get the csc file only...
let's make it simple
instruction:
1. flash creeds rom 3.5 or else skip these if you had already.
2. flash again by this time csc file only via samsung odin(1.85 or 1.84 ) and wait
3. after boot. dial *#272*Your IME no then # and choose your country csc , tap install and your phone will reboot and your done!
look at your phone no more anonymous sending text messages after boot... done!

Hmm smart technique really. I think this can be applied to all roms right?
Well I'm an Indian and I still had heck lot of smses in creed 3.0. I'm not sure if this fixes the problem.

you should try this. and reselect csc.
if it works then im glad for helping you.
i think it will work in all roms.

What I'm telling is the csc of rom and mine and the rom are the same and I still get this problem. It could be something else I'm not sure though as I don't use that rom anymore. This could be useful to current users of creed. Guys make sure you do this if you're on creeds rom. Just a heads up

1. before you flash make sure you have a backup of your apps first. using titanium backup.
2. csc only.
3. to make it work, you need to put all your contacs into phone memory and to be able to add some photos.

Yes, the ful rom is XXKS2 2.3.5 russian firmware, but if you flash another rom, but keep the baseband it will still reboot every 5 minutes when connected to wifi.
Not on every router thoough, at home it worked fine but in the train theres free wifi and its horrible..

Yes it will. It works on any version as long as your Android version is 2.3.6.
I hav also installed it on DXKL2.. it works like a charm

very normal bro, the only thing than can change you baseband is by flashing another firmware (esp. pda) via odin

I've just purchased this phone so have just come over from the EVO 3D section. I've actually had 5 HTC handsets in a row before this (stretching back to the WinMo days) and tbh I'm finding some things confusing since I was so used to HTC.
Basically, because of those idiots at Sky, who made it so the SkyGO app won't work unless you are unrooted, I'm considering removing root from my phone in order to use the app. I've tried looking but I'm getting confused because of all the different variants of this handset. So I was wondering if someone can tell me how to go about rooting a N7105 model which was purchased in the UK, and where the find the necessary stock firmware?

Just find a stock firmware for your device and flash it via odin.. and it will unroot.. make sure to follow the instructions in flashing a new rom

Simple way: Open SuperSU/Superuser app, click Full Unroot
Oh yeah I forgot haha you can do full unroot just go to super su and settings then full unroot ..hehe

Yup there is root for 4.1.2 ... http://m.ibtimes.co.uk/root-galaxy-note2-n7100-android412-jellybean-xxdll4-417784.html ... just check your version .. you can google it if your version is not compatible..

I am a newbie to rooting and custom ROM installations. I have successfully rooted the phone and would like to install GENNXT ROM on my Galaxy Grand i9082 and it says in the post that it is based on firmware AMD6. My phone is on AMC9.
is it possible to flash the GENNXT rom to my phone or do I have to update the firmware on my phone to AMD6 and then flash the GENNXT rom.
I cannot ask this question in the developer forum since I am an newbie, so posting here.
Any advice is appreciated.

Bro you can flash any rom which is made for grand ... by CMW ... u will come to know every thing just start exploring .... and as u wan to flash ballis next generation rom ... so ask this quetion in that thread only ... there is no need to make new topics ... while flashing rom follow instruction properly ... given in OP

Finally got it to work. Both SIM has a signal now. Turns out I had a very old firmware. I updated it via Kies, rerooted and installed the ROM. Everything works great now.

Unfortunately you have a custom rom so it will not be official unless you unroot and install a stock firmware. Search for cursed4eva on youtube for video on how to unroot galaxy grand.

i will releasing roms for i9082 and i9082l with out mods (both to be untouched..no removed apps or anything just a plain rom...)
with just little here and there tweaking...just wait guys...
i9082XXAMF2 for i9082 and I9082LDAMF1 for i9082l versions to be precise .
