Netflix apk?

I'm trying to dl Netflix from the market and it says my device isn't compatible. I'm thinking it could be that I'm running cm7. Anyone have the 1.6 apk?

let me kno how it works.. i generally use my GFs account on my xbox 360.. if it works i just may have to convince her to type in her account on my phone

Thanks guys. I'm not sure what happened with my market but I just flashed the newest cm7 rom and it allows me to download netflix now.

Sky Go

Sky have just updated their Sky Go app to support ICS so was hoping it might work on my N7.
I've just checked the Play Store and it's not compatible with the N7, what's the best way to grab the APK and side load it?

Just side loaded the previous version and latest that's on the play store. Both crash as soon as you launch the application. Would love to get this working also...

YouTube 360

Before I get flamed - I already searched and googled for the YouTube apk that used to be in paranoid android ROM.
Or honeycomb where the app was actually like a 360 degree wall when scrolling thru video search
Does anybody know or have a link to that apk. ?

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that there's no separate app for tablet-style YouTube. I think the app changes its look as the dpi changes. That's how Paranoid Android changes the UI between phone and tablet

I know but I had the app on my nexus a few months ago b4 I lost it. I forgot to upload it to my dropbox I had it extracted from the 1st build of p.a. ROM now I can't find it. Also I heard it was originally from the honeycomb YouTube.

If you have extracted it before, why don't you do it again?

There isn't a separate tablet app, PA just shows that layout (both the phone and tablet UI is built into the youtube app)

it all has to do with dpi settings, if you were to change the dpi that the current youtube app behaves as, it would look the same (or similar) to how it used to.

Well.. just a thought probably won't work.
Why not set all the DPI settings the way they should and then copy the app. Install on a different ROM and see if it works. In my mind I'm thinking it will save the DPI settings in the app.

google play store movies won't play on my rooted phone

Hey guys searched for this before posting but couldnt find an answer. I bought some movie's from the google play store and when I go to play them it gives an error. Just wondering if anyone else has this problem and if there is a way to fix it. Thanks for any help

try OTA rootkeeper on play

Download an apk called " hide my root" free in the play store.

Long ago confirmed that Google flicks won't play on rooted devices. As to possible workarounds, sorry, IDK.

yeah google play movies do play on rooted devices..I have a Rooted Nexus 7 and my free transformers movie plays on it. I had an issue on my GS3 playing the same movie but I did a clean wipe and went to a new ROM and I can now play the transformers on my Rooted GS#

Hey TDC I was running the latest rooted ICS leak. ch1 I think. I was on the somewhat modded leak ch1 when I was having an issue. And I am now on the JB TWiz port and the transformers is playing/streaming fine for me.. I would suggest a wipe and retry and if you restore apps try just restoring the app and not app + data

triangle away worked for my on my verizon s3. it was driving me nuts trying to get the videos working, thanks.

Allshare Free GS3

Having trouble connecting my phone to anything through allshare... I am running freegs3 version 3.0 stock rom. Just need to know if there is a fix to get the allshare app working on here or not.

Make sure its checked during installation is the best choice

Just moved to another ROM and it works great... And I got the all share play app from online and it said unable to download on the free gs3 rom...
