AmI the only one havinga problem with swype? Notice how it doesn't always space between words? And it isn't as accurate asI am used to. Swype was way better on the epic whichI don't understand. What have they done.

Go to settings and tweak the options a little bit. they're a little different than the usual swype.

My first few hours with it was insane. I couldn't type on it at all. Somehow it fixed itself and now it's back to normal.

I did make some changes in the settings and that might have been what fixed it.

There aren't many options. I adjusted the accuracy setting but it still does it.

It seems to be working better the more I use it as I have had the same problems. it must be a program that learns as it gets more info.
I switched to the Nexus swype and it works good. Plus I like the black and blue.

I noticed this too, it definitely doesn't space after every word.

It isn't in the market. Search for sprint nexus s swype apk or system dump. Install it as a normal app.

Since Swype is pre-installed, it says it can't install over itself.

If somebody haven't tried Swiftkey X yet, try it. Its way better and faster than swype IMHO.

Swype Bug
It looks like there is an issue with automatic spacing in between and word and a single letter word. So every time you type something like "hey I" it ends up "heyi"
Is everyone seeing this problem? Anyone have a way to fix this?
I would like to install the Swype beta i was using on my CM Evo 4G but I am guessing there is no way to do that until i can uninstall the factory Swype?
Any recommendations on the best way to Facebook from the GS2?

There is a facebook app some where on this XDA called black facebook and its black and its the old set up no more plus signs
I use a themed Facebook from a gs4g rom its black and transparent its pretty cool ^_^ extracted the apk and works perfectly lol

Yes! I had that on the Motorola Droid. Best Facebook app I've ever used. I wonder why development never continued on it.

Maybe I'm the only super anal person here but what I want is for my Facebook app to match my theme, so I themed it but now I can't get it to install. I tried replacing it in data/app, I tried deleting it and installing the themed version, I tried making a flashable, nothing works. It just either says not installed or doesn't show up. Any one smarter than me know what the hell I'm doing wrong?

Apparently they crash the game if you play on a rooted phone, which is a huge shame because this is one of the few games that I miss from when I switched away from iPhone.
They updated the description stating it won't work on rooted devices. Sad.

Yes you can do it that way or just find it in download folder and just click on it should give option to install.

Use root explorer,copy apk file to system/app.then change permissions to match the other apps,and reboot.

I prefer freedi youtube downloader. You can download in a few formats, mp4, mp3, wav, aac and h264 or whatever that hd codec is. You can find it on the amazon appstore
