Read the instructions first, then again, then again. Common sense really.

I learned how to read in school, so if you haven't learned to already have a look in to getting some private tuition or look for an online course.
Just do a full backup before installing the rom...
Its easier than reading the instructions....

What ?

Come on guys... If you read everything it's cool. There's no way to avoid bootloop if you don't read and do everything wrong.

Before learning how to make custom ROMs, you should probably first learn to search and also something about self learning.

I think is it difficult ?

No, it's a cake walk.
Were you spoon-fed all your life? It's going to take a lot of reading, plus trial and error. It also depends on on the effort you put into it.
XperienceD gave you an excellent link. Go through it. And good luck! :good:
Nothing else of other way ? I made ICS custom ROM and then I gave to someone but they got bootloop

I have flashed cm9 for my galaxy w, now i want to back to stockrom, i tried to flash dxlm3 indonesia, but it always bootloop, so, how to i fix this problem?

try to clear (wipe) data and cache before you flash. Don't forget to backup your personal data. ICS uses other app-settings than GB.

Update your xs to 4.1.2 then
You should be able to flash
Just wipe your:
Dalvik
Cache
And if its not stock based then wipe your data
And again if its not a stock based rom ensure your bootloader is unlocked to avoid bricking
I think ive missed something but im sure thats more than enough
Any questions ask
And any one else try to help
