The voice notes recorder that came with WM 6.1 isnt that good and has no options..

I'm looking for an Voice recorder app that works correctly. I have already tried the following:
- RMC: Android Call recorder
- Call recorder ACR
- Google Voice
Neither of them has worked. Maybe I should change something in the settings? any guidance welcome!

Do you mean a call recorder or just a sound recorder? I have no issues with the latter but haven't tried the former.
I use Direct Dictaphone from F-Droid because I like the ui.

If You Talking About Call Recording, I Have Tried May Apps For Call Recording But The Recording Performance Is Not Cleared.
In Addition To That I Am On Stock Rom (No Bootloader Unlock & No Rooted)

Just use cube acr it won't be on Google play much longer but APK mirror has it
