OP im pretty sure that you can download skype if that is what you are asking about. You will need to have wifi and you can't call over mobile data. I hope I helped.

I am new here
I have a Galaxy Note 2 GT-N7105 (4G)
I have been real smart and got my self stuck in TWRP unable to restore, boot, or even flash anything...
And to add to my ignorance I am having trouble navigation on XDA
So my first basic question is wher should I be posting for my Note 2 issue and questions?

Hey, guys, thanks for noticing this.
My phone , which is Samsung galaxy note 2 Gt-N7100 , i got it downgrade form 4.4.2(which had good reception and can make calls) to 4.1.1 (which is better for me , but "Not registered on network" is the problem)
Help me Plz , Give me a Modem/radio link that can help or work even if not the same.
This is a stock rom , i rooted it ,and installed perseus kerel (up to 1.8 Ghz cpu , 800Mhz Gpu)
i have Wifi reception,but not calling or data connection.
i checked the antenna , it was also good.:crying::crying::crying:
baseband was n7100XXUALIH
BUILD; N7100XXUALJ1
