Step by step
B1. Download Splash Tools
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.in4byte.splashtools
And AndExplorer for browse file
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=lysesoft.andexplorer
B2. Because Splash Tools only support Defy so if you use Defy+ you must change ID to MB525 (not need if use Defy)
- Use Rom toolbox or build.prop Editor for change ro.product.model to MB525
- Reboot device
B3. Make a file .RAW, size 480x182 px (You can use Photoshop to make it. Just open image, resize to 480x182px and save as .raw)
Ex: https://www.dropbox.com/s/c6pa95v29694d3l/logo.raw
B4. Copy file .RAW into phone and use Splash Tools change boot logo
B5. Reboot phone and you can see changed logo
Thanks for attention

use an application like Root explorer to simply paste the bootanimation.zip in your /system/media folder
AND to change your boot screen (the picture before your boot anim)
use SGS2 BootScreen Changer by Hellcat
to make the picture below your boot screen
(you might have to crop it using the same tool above)

- The .zip files of the update from 4.1.2 yo 4.2.2 that you can download here :
Must I download the CyanogenMod Update Package?
But my problem is i want to use my own Logo attached in the first post as my Lockring!
How is this possible?
But I dont want flash the whole CyanogenMod because then I lost my Mods...
I only want to flash the edited framework-res with my Lockring!
Have nobody downloaded my Packet?

Yes you have to select your cm update file (from the Rom you are currently using. But don't worry zipthemer won't replace the whole Rom, just the framework-res file

Where did you get your lockring ? And how did you make the zip attached in your first post ?
Edit : ok I checked your zip file and in fact it doesn't work like that
Actually you should download one real flickering zip file from an xda themer(like in the link an another user posted in this topic) and then replace the file you want in title and finally follow my tutorial.
Okay I get it work see my attached Screenshot it looks really cool but i think its to big!
I replace both Pictures (162x162 px for hdpi and 216x216 px for xhdpi) with mine but they have the same size.
Can I use smaller sizes?

No use the same file size but reduce the ring size in the file and complete it with transparency
I tested the procedure on this thread under OnePlusOne forum and it works well to my Find 7a. With this procedure you can modify your own bootlogo and fastboot image.

Create your own and post here.
To start the ball rolling, here is a custom bootlogo and fastboot image oppo find wallpaper inspired I made. Just flash in TWRP or any custom recovery. You can also use this zip file as format. Just replace the logo.bin inside the zip with your own.
Bootlogo
Fastboot
Enjoy!

Splash screens are almost always a part of theboot.img itself. Bootanimations are easy to make and use but the splash screen requires an edited boot.img HOWEVER, I am still looking into it because it seems lg has done something fishy with it. I've built a kernel and modified the .rle file but the splash remained.

There was a way back when i had nexus 5 to change the splash screen...but you need to edit the bootloader....G3 has a locked bootloader so i don't think you can do it!!
well, recently a new root method allow users to root lollipop.
ive tried flashing stock v20h and hooray i manage to get the splash screen above on the latest firmware and manage to root it with the new method. Lollipop root method
the only downside is there is not custom recovery compatible yet. (show up error when flash) hence could not flash custom rom with the rooted stock lollipop
if any different information otherwise, do share =)

Code:
This will not replace the unlocked bootloader warning screen!!!
How to install
Download logo zip
Flash via TWRP
Done :fingers-crossed:
Download
See the attachment
Code:
Can be installed via fastboot or adb:
fastboot
=======
fastboot flash LOGO_a new-logo.img
fastboot flash LOGO_b new-logo.img
adb
===
adb push new-logo.img /sdcard
adb shell
adb su
dd if=/sdcard/new-logo.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/LOGO_a
dd if=/sdcard/new-logo.img of=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/LOGO_b
