SLIM ICS 13.0 o desire problem - Desire Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi, I've searched through the forums but I cannot find an answer to my problem.
Can anyone please help?
I have installed slim ics build 13 on my desire. Done with full wipe/clean. I have come from trialing many romz since i had my desire, so installing is not a problem.
I have a sim lock for my phone and every so often, the phone locks out and asks for my sim pin. That means the phone has disconnected and their is no signal.
First time it happended I thought I forgot to enter my pin in the morning.
Second time, I had many friends telling me that they tried to call and that my phone was off. I looked at my phone and it was at sim lock code stage again!!
So when my phone is in pocket, I dont know how many hours/minutes the phone was disconnected and asking for sim code.
Has anybody else had this problem? Is my phone reseting itself? Can i get some kind of crash report (if its crashing).
I have reinstalled SLIM ICS v13 but with the same problem. I have not yet updated to v14 until i know there is a definitive problem/solution.
I may try sandvolds original v13 to see if that does the same, but i want to use SLIM version to save space.
Thanks for reading

[Q] Phone allways restarts in silent and vibrate mode

The last 2 weeks I had a lot of problems with my desire. First I flashed it again to get more space, by using the sc card. This time trying the CronMod script for CM7, which seems to be working.
But new I got another problem. No matter how the ringetone settings is, it allways start out as silent and on vibrate. I want it to remember the actual settings. I have tried to flash both CM7.1 and CM7.2 several times, but it doesn't help. The way solution I found until now, is to flash the stock rom, which I don't want because of the space problem.
Is this a bug or what, and is there anything I can do to overcome it, cause it's pretty annoying?

[Q] Tasker/Cerberus SIM issues

I've been having problems with the phone giving an error message saying that the SIM card was removed and then immediately it is recognized and the phone is restarted automatically to start using the network. It has been happening on full stock ROM (old and new versions), rooted and unrooted, locked and unlocked bootloader (FreeGee) and on custom ROMs. I've had the SIM card replaced multiple times without helping. I can't remember back to when it first started, but it started again after getting the phone back from repair (all they did was a software update, but that's another story) I have the issue until I reinstalled Cerberus and Tasker. Upon uninstall of both apps, I haven't had the issue for the last 5 days. Anyone else have issue with either of these apps on an E973 (Bell)? Is it even possible that they could be causing this issue or is the timing just a coincidence? I'll try adding the apps back one at a time and see if I can get the problem to start again with either one.
Sorry about the wrong thread, I could have sworn I was in Q&A when I posted. If anyone wants to move it that would be appreciated.

Bootloader unknown, No Sim card, No Service and Setup Wizard stopped

Hi guys,
I started a thread about this about a week and a half ago but it seems to have disappeared so I start from the beginning.
After installing Cyanogenmod 13 on my One M8 I left it for what it was and only updated the nightlies as they came. After installing the "wrong one" I got the No sim card, No Service error and was told over here it might be solved by updating the baseband and asked me for the version I had at that time. After looking at it I found out that it was (and still is) unknown.
I decided to wipe the entire phone and start from scratch.
So........The saga contunues. Since I am not a mobile phone guru I looked up the right way to install Gaps. Today I installed the latest Nightly (cm-13.0-20160330-NIGHTLY-m8) rebooted the phone, activated the developer options and turn on the debugging function.
Right after that I installed Gaps and wiped both caches, rebooted the phone and s**t hoit the fan. Now I can't use the phone because I keep gettting a pop up telling me "unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped". I can press OK but it keeps popping up.
What is going wrong here? I have tried many ways, versions of Gaps and about 5 different nightlies. And, If I can manage to fix all this, is there anyone who knows where I can get the file(s) to update the baseband? Don't know if this of any help but my HTC One M8 is unbranded and is a Dutch one.
I hope there is an explanation and a solution to solve this.
Thanks in Advance!!
