That's what I thought. But, i don't have tapatalk installed.
1) I turned off notifcations in the xda app, but i am getting 'tapatalk - xda premium' notifications saying 'unread subscribed topics.'
2) Also, why in the xda app - settings - signature - why does the signature field say tapatalk?

Because the XDA apps are stripped down versions of tapatalk, that have the same features, but of course you can only access xda from the xda apps, whereas tapatalk can have multiple forums.

[ROM][4.1.2]N7105XXDLK7 MultiWindow Control [25 Dec][Bullet Kernel v1.9.12b]

This is a modded N7105ZXXDLK7 firmware to work on our devices. It maintains our T889 fingerprint for market apps and such. Now includes my own kernel... Please welcome Bullet!
*NOTE: Though the kernel allows for an OC up to 1.9GHz it doesn't mean that your phone can handle it. Don't get upset if yours can't pull it off... Just like people, there are some freaks out there. It's just the luck of the hardware draw.
Bullet Kernel v1.9.12b
Mali cleanup and update. This fixed the 3D artifacts in some games.
Bullet Kernel v1.9.11b
Added AndreiLux's latest memory exploit fix. No need to install any other apps.
Fixed CRT off animation. Should now work 100% of the time.
Added Faux's Dynamic Fsync. I've been running this for a few weeks now and everything works great. When screen is on Fsync is disabled, Screen off writes are flushed and fsync is enabled again.
VM readahead value set to 1024 from 128
Few other minor tweaks that can be found on my github
Bullet Kernel v1.9.01b
Merged with latest Samsung N8000 update 1 sources
Update includes many driver and firmware updates
Bullet Kernel v1.8.23b
Fixed loading of exfat modules (thanks gokhanmoral)
Bullet Kernel v1.8.21b
Overclock up to 1.9GHz*
GPU freq range set to 266mhz-750mhz
Samsung Power Saving Mode changed from 1GHz to 1.2GHz to make it more useable
Tweaked SIO
CFQ default scheduler
UV support
Driver updates from latest Samsung Sprint source
Fsync disabled by default**

As soon as Koush started bucking me $2 to flash CWM Touch as a Premium License User I stopped using anything CWM Dev.
Granted I can get the image off the site and do some legwork but I was under the impression that's what functionality my $6 might have purchased.
Rant aside, TiBa and TWRP cover me just fine. I've got schedules set to act as AppData Sync across 3 devices also. Titanium is one of those apps that has a narrower focus but does a damn good job with it.

You will need to flash Chainfire's 4.3 root after installing the ROM. I will fix this later.
Huge thanks to @ktoonsez for his 4.3 TW Kernel!
My BioShock 2.0 booted but had zero veido (black screen)
Warning! Wifi is not working yet.
How to install:
Download and place on SD
Reboot recovery
WIPE!!!
Install ROM
Install Chainfire's root
Reboot, when asked to disable flash recovery say no! This is needed for root
Once booted pick English (I will fix later.)
Enjoy!

I know that this will work just fine on T-Mobile M919 Samsung Galaxy S4 phones, but if this rom is based
on the GT-I9505 Samsung Galaxy S4 then that means it will not have wifi calling just like all the roms in the
XDA Samsung Galaxy S4 i9500/i9505 forum.
I just hope that this v4.3 rom is based on the Tmobile M919 Samsung Galaxy S4 phones so I don't loose wifi calling.
(for most people here the wifi calling is no big deal but for me I really need it.)
any bugs? wifi? data? sound? etc..??

As stated in the OP, having problems connecting to Wifi. That's not a huge problem but I'm also having problems keeping my data connection. The rom does seem very smooth though I must say. I will need to flash I different rom though until some of these things are figured out.
