Stock Rom

Can anyone help me how to flash stock rom on Bell SGS3.. thanks/..
If you can find the .tar file of the stock image for Bell its very straight forward through Odin. I wasn't able to find one that's already made so you might have to ask one of our devs or fellow Bell owners to do a dump for you.

1) unzip file to get the .tar
2) reboot phone into download mode
3) open ODIN on PC, leave all settings default
4) click PDA and browse to the .tar file
5) plug in phone thru USB.
6) after ODIN detects your phone, click start.

...
done!

No worries. I'm just giving you a hard time.
Like someone mentioned above, just use ODIN to flash a stock rooted ROM and all will be right in the world again.
Do you know exactly how?
Need Infos.
I'm beginner and trying to respect your words.
Thanks:thumbup:

In the development section read the instructions how to flash via odin.
This should get you through the process and give you root.

Unzip the .7z file you downloaded from that thread. You should get a .tar file. (Might be .tar.md5, cant remember)
Flash that with odin.

Unfortunately, mobile odin requires root, which is what I'm trying to do (guess i should have been more specific )
Root with Odin desktop cf auto root. Then install whatever recovery you want, I suggest TWRP from goo.im in play store.
Cf auto root? I've never heard of that could you please explain to me what that is? (or just a link would be fine)
Sent from my SGH-T999V using xda app-developers app
That's the standard root still with stock firmware
Sent from my SGH-T999 using xda app-developers app
I use the QCom toolkit to make my tar files.

Thanks for this I'll check it out. One question though: does this also work on the T999V?
Edit: nvm I read the post and it warns that it may brick the device if its a different model

Tar files flash through Mobil Odin.
E4GT Rom-a-holic!!!
Being specific is your friend! GB27 what?:
-Stock ROM?
-Stock TW Kernel? (since no stable custom GB27 kernel)
-Modem?
Just saying GB27 is very very broad. As stated though, yes .tar files are the ones that mobile odin flashes. Let me know which GB27.. whatever.. You need and I'll get you a download link

If there is one package, you do what seems the most logical - flash the zip as a one-package one as it contains all parts inside.
Ya i thought that at first but a guy on youtube flashed it as pda and he has 50000 views

Download Odin and .ops file.
Open Odin and select .ops file and check One Package, then flash the file tar.md5!
