Intro:
I just came across this case while search threw youtube for Galaxy S III Cases. It came in a variety of color options. And for 10 bucks i thought i would give it a shot.
Case Review:
I enjoy the color as it matches the device perfectly, but the build quality leaves something to be desired.
1) Case General Attributes
The case is constructed from a TPU material such as many cases now day. It feels a little stiffer than a Diztronic case but is not noticeably bulkier. The case is a vivid gloss white that matches the white Galaxy S III almost perfectly. Although glossy, it is not slippery like the back cover of the phone is. In fact, if you were to place the phone on the palm of your hand and slowly turn it sideways where your hand is vertical, the phone stays nicely in position. But, this does not make it stickey as it still pulls out of the pocket smoothly.
2) Button Access/Cutouts
The cut-outs on this case are not as well positioned as on other cases. Not to say there way off but they could be more centered on each spot. The cutout for the micro-usb charging port also seems to be excessively larger than needed. Unlike the Diztronic cases, KaysCase covers the volume rocker and power button fully. And a raised area is provided to signify where to press. On my particular case the power button is easy to press threw the case, but the volumes up and down buttons are much harder. A fair amount of pressure will need to be used to adjust volume settings.
3) Fitting
As for fitting, KaysCase fits the device very snugly. There are no loose areas on the case as it hugs the device perfectly.
4) Protection
(This is the verbatium the same protection response as I used in the Diztronic Case review, as they are made of the same TPU Material.)
This case is no otterbox… but with that being said it does protect the entire device. Some other cases for some reasons do not cover the tops and bottoms of the phone, this one does. I have only tested this case with very minimal drops onto table tops and other less course surfaces. It does its job. I would say its main purpose is to prevent scratches, protect from minor drops, and add some peace of mind when placing on a table.
Final Comments:
I love the white color because it matches the device perfectly. It also fits like a glove and protects the power button and volume rocker. BUT, esthetically the case looks poorly molded when evaluating closely. There is a noticeable line, and in some spots extra TPU material from where the mold was sealed on the lower and upper portion of the case. ALSO, the port cutouts seem to be poorly centered compared to other cases. I would have to suggest purchasing a different case that is better molded for identical pricing. It just does not take home the trophy in this 10 dollar price range.
---- Pictures in Post 2 ----
After writing this review I was contacted by KaysCase and they are shipping me a clear and smoked black case for me to review at no charge. I will update the review after I receive them. They state that they are better molded than their white case. Cool.

Just an FYI-
I'm eagerly awaiting your review of the clear! I've been looking for simplistic white and clear TPU cases, and these seem to be close to it. If the molding is better on the clear, they'll get my money
The more pictures the better! =)

This is a review of Trident Aegis case for S4: http://www.tridentcase.com/shop-pro...i9505/aegis-case-samsung-galaxy-iv-i9505.aspx
Having tested Aegis for N2, I was a little surprised about design change for S4 where instead of a dual injected layer (two layers combined) they went back to 2 separate layers design. After testing this case with my display model of S4, I quickly realized - this is a good change! Let me start first by actually taking a note of the packaging box Aegis came in. I just think it's totally awesome how this company embraced the image of Trident and different mythological creatures for every case in their series, and how it gets reflected even in the packaging cardboard box it comes in. Of course, the display package looks cool too. In addition to the case, Trident also included a screen protector and a pocket catalog with all of their cases with installation instructions for each. Obviously I didn't install the screen protector, but it doesn't feel flimsy like some of those cheap ebay ones. Something that I found very useful, their protective layer which you peel off before installation has a guiding dotted line which makes it very helpful with alignment during the install. I think it's a nice touch to include a bonus free screen protector considering not too many case company do that anymore.
Now to the case itself. It consists of two layers, inner shock-absorbing silicone layer and outer hardened PC plastic shell. Aegis series was always considered for casual use, but this S4 version stepped it up to a very decent rugged use. According to Trident website, this case actually meets Military standards (MIL-STD-810F for vibration and drop), and it sure feels like it. Inner silicone layer has nice textured thicker back padding and also a thicker all around bumper with enhanced corner protection. The screen bumper is raised so there shouldn't be any issues placing the phone down on the screen. It also has attached port covers for micro-usb and headphone ports. I do have to mention because this is silicone material there is some pull around the edges. At the same time, I have not noticed it being lint magnet, and it felt pocket friendly. Outer PC shell wraps around the back with extra top/bottom protection and 4 side grips to keep inner shell from sliding off. Also, it has a dust cover for the speaker. Both shells interconnect with a precision and wrap around S4 to give a solid protection. In addition to covering headphone, micro-usb, and speaker ports, power/volume buttons are covered as well and have a very nice tactile feedback feel. The camera/flash is one common opening, and with border lining of inner silicone layers it makes sure your don't get flash reflection which often a problem on white cases where pictures get overexposed.
Overall its a very impressive case which should be considered for both casual and outdoor use, and will definitely give you a piece of mind if you drop the phone. Not to mention that it also comes in 5 different colors. What makes it totally insane is that on Amazon you can get it now for about $17 shipped, and that includes screen protector!!!

maybe i'm a little paranoid but i'm currently using this case right now with the spigen glas tr slim and it seems like the case could be popped off inadvertantly. it doesn't seem to fit that snug and i can pull back the rubber parts on the right and left easily.
edit 10-13-2013
after a month i think it's a pretty decent case. i had to buy a headphone adapter to get any headphone to fit inside the jack though.
M919
Does this case fit the M919?
This is a review for various Yoobao S4 cases I just received from kevikev: http://www.kevikev.com/Samsung-Galaxy-S4-I9500-Cases-and-Accessories_c51.htm
Since I just posted my review for Yoobao Thunder 13000 mAh external battery and some N2 cases (if interested you can check it out from my sig link), I wanted to point out these are genuine Yoobao products, not some cheap ebay/HK knock offs. Kevikev is the only US authorized Yoobao dealer/distributor which also services their product under warranty. Just wanted to bring this to attention because I got very confused when I was looking for Thunder battery and found a bunch of lookalike knockoffs. Also, www.kevikev.com told me about the current promotion of 10% with a coupon code of kk001 on purchases of $50 or more and also free shipping when you order two items (although you guys have to contact them about details of free shipping).
I received 3 cases and will do a review in order of how I took pictures of each below. First one is a unique combination of TPU bumper molded with semi-transparent matte finish PC material on the back. This hybrid case is very light. Unlike some slim cases that offer only plastic back to scratch protect the battery cover, this one has a decent TPU bumper that snuggly wraps around the phone without too much pull. It offers a nice protection lip so you can place your phone face done without worrying of scratching your display or screen protector. The PC material seems to be hard and looks like scratch resistant (I tried to scratch it with my nail lol!!!). All the ports are perfectly aligned with a nice rounded cutouts. Power and volume buttons are covered, and because its a TPU material those are easy to press and very responsive. The case itself is easy in-and-out of your pocket, will not stick inside Overall it gives you a decent every day all around protection. Plus, as a bonus you get a nice screen protector which doesn't feel flimsy at all (better than cheap stuff you get from ebay), and it comes with a generous size micro-fiber cleaning cloth.
Next one, is a super slim plastic case with a very nice rubbery finish. This one is for those who are after improving a grip of their naked phone and also protecting your battery cover from being scratched. It doesn't offer full wrap around protection of top/bottom of the phone, so you have to be very careful since you can't rely on this case providing an adequate drop protection. It's mostly to keep it super slim and to give you a better handling of the phone to avoid dropping it. As you can see, all the port openings align perfectly. Power and volume buttons are open and easy to access. This case also comes with a screen protector of a decent quality and a very generous micro-fiber cloth which I'm sure a lot of people will find useful even after installation of sp.
The third case is a slim leather flip case that will not add any bulk to your phone while offering a very elegant folio casing and a nice screen protection of your display. That is why no screen protector is included with this one. Considering low price (while still a high quality), it's obviously not a real grain leather, but it's very nice to the touch and has both rich feel and look. The plastic part of the case where you insert the phone has a very nice tight fit that insures your phone will not fall out if you drop it by accident. For that purpose, the inner part of the case where the phone goes actually has a very soft rubbery thin cushion layer to absorb any shock and also to protect your battery cover from being scratched. You get a perfect camera/flash opening and speaker opening, and also cutout to easily access power and volume buttons. The inner side of the flap cover has a soft textured material to protect your display and to avoid any scratches. It also has a speaker cutout so you can use your phone without any obstruction even with a flap closed. Unlike other folio cases, this one doesn't allow flipping of the cover to prop the phone in landscape position. Obviously it's not an intention of this folio case because the goal is to keep it super slim without any additional bulk.
Pretty much all three cases are built for different type of use. These are also come in different colors so you can accessorize properly, just check out the link above for other options. I believe these are new products, so kevikev still updating its catalog because the last time I checked hybrid TPU/PC case wasn't listed in there yet. But you can always email them and ask. Cases are very reasonably priced, and this is the ONLY place in US where you get authorized Yoobao stuff (authorized by Yoobao itself, I did check their website actually) and also it will be protected by their warranty.

One thing I like to see with packaging is when its kept to a minimum. It's more eco-friendly and it keeps cost down for the manufacturer and consumer. We don't need a flashy package do we? They spend the money were it belongs, on the product!
Build Quality/Design
The build quality seems to be high. No rough corners, sharp edges or defects. All lines are clean and well made. It does have a white "amCASE" logo on the back that doesn't seem to quite fit with everything else but it's not too noticeable or distracting. They went with a two tone two material hybrid design. The back is a harder frosted plastic while the sides are a glossy tpu rubber material. It transitions from on material to the other seemlessly.
The frosted back is transparent but gives a smoked/blurry effect when looking through it. Which I kinda like; sort of artsy don't you say?
All cutouts seem to be perfectly aligned. No ports are covered. I like how they went with a big cutout for the micro usb port so we can use any micro usb cable to charge our phones. Also the cutout for the headphone jack is decently big. Would like it to be a tad bigger so ANY headphone plug can be used but it looks like most if not all plugs would be okay with this case. I hate it when a cases headphone cutout is too small to use with your headphones but that wasn't the case with this one.
The "buttons" on the case to simulate where the actually buttons are of not the best quality but definitely not the worst I've seen on tpu cases. Finding the buttons in pocket wasn't a problem as it has a good feel to them. Pressing them was good also. I never felt like I had to exert too much effort to get the button press to register with the phone.
It's also worth mentioning that the edges are raised to prevent scratching the phone when placing it face down on a table.
It's not the slimmest nor the bulkiest but a good compromise between the two. It won't protect your phone from a drop 2 stories up but it will provide good protection all the way around your phone for those minor drops we all have.

phew; just dropped my phone and the case protected it like a champ!
Have same case.
Great hybrid case if you are into TPU feel.
Pros:
- Precise cutouts
- USB cutout works with larger samsung cable
- Not slippery, comparing with YESOO Ultra slim Frosted http://amzn.com/B00GG2KWZY
- Just a tiny bit bulkier then YESOO Ultra slim Frosted
- Great (read tight, but not over tight) fit
Cons:
- Power button became not responsive, it works, but you cannot feel the click, I might just get exacto knife and remove it from case.
- Glossy sides, I would prefer matte, but it's personal design preference
Conclusion:
I would definitely recommend this case if you like TPU feel of the sides and don't mind glossy black sides.
All in all a lot more protection from the rubbery sides!
Doing a giveaway now! Read the review and the rules are there! Ends in 1 week. Merry Christmas!
Wooot I need to order me a case soon lol

This is a review of Seidio LEDGER Folio Case for Google Nexus 7 (2013 edition). http://www.seidioonline.com/google-nexus-7-2013-ledger-folio-case-dark-gray-p/csf1asn72-dg.htm
Let me start by saying that I'm already anticipating replies and comments with "but didn't you just reviewed a similar looking MoKo/Poetic slim case for less?" Sure, I did. If you are looking to save money and want to get a "typical" looking slim folio case - those are the one you should get. But if you want to get a very high quality (material, build, design) ultra-slim case for your 2013 Nexus 7 - Seidio LEDGER is for you. I don't want to put down one product in favor of the other, and I think its great that you have a choice which folio case to go with. But I do want to mention that premium price of Seidio LEDGER is fully justifiable by a significantly higher quality of the material/design/build and not because of the "brand name" tag. Let's take a closer look.
The box it arrived in is a typical red-themed package with an open front/back display so you can see the case from both sides. Most likely it's the same scaled down design used for iPad products, and as a matter of fact on the back of the package you will find a couple of references to 'iPad" in the description. No biggie, just the same text print used across different packages, I guess. Once you take it out of the box, you do notice right away how lightweight it feels. For comparison, I weighted it to be 108g vs MoKo/Poetic being 128g. In the same comparison, the height of the cases were the same, but LEDGER was thinner in depth and narrower in width when comparing to "competition". Now keep in mind, neither of these cases are designed for serious drop protection, but rather for slip protection and screen scratch protection. If you worry about drop protection, you will need to use something like DILEX from Seidio. So additional bulk of the case doesn't really make it more protective.
The base of the case, where Nexus 7 gets inserted, is made out of flexible soft rubbery touch PC material very similar to exoskeleton (or SURFACE) used in other Seidio cases. It has a very nice snug fit, and every port cutout precisely aligns with a tablet. This type of a material should survive a drop without a crack, although as you can imagine it's intended for light duty drop protection of your tablet. The inside of the case has a felted material to protect back of the tablet from scratches and to provide some shock absorption. The flip cover of the case is made out of some exotic Italian polyurethane material with a very unique to the touch cloth like textured exterior and soft micro fiber interior to protect the screen from scratches and direct impact. The cover is designed to activate Sleep function so it will turn display off and on as you close and open it. Also, in a typical folio design fashion, the cover has tri-fold to work as a kickstand for low (useful for typing) and high (useful for multimedia) viewing angles.
Overall, I was Very impressed with a design, material, and build quality of LEDGER. It looks and feels like a premium product, and when you hold it next to MoKo/Poetic similar looking cases - you can justify the premium price. What is important, you do have a choice, and hopefully my review will be able to help you in this decision.
Here are the pictures.

Thanks for the review. Does the cover stay closed with magnets or does it flap around?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
Because its so slim and narrow, there is no room for magnetic latch. It will open if you flip it upside down.
Hi,
It seems that the sleeper function is available with it :

Dang. This case would've been perfect with a mechanism to keep it closed. It's exactly what I was looking for. Something around the same size, but better quality than the Poetic Slimline/Moko Ultra Slim. Oh well. The search continues. Thanks for the in-depth review!
Got this one for my gf. She loves it so far.
This is a review of Otterbox Symmetry case for Galaxy S6. http://www.otterbox.com/en-us/samsung-galaxy-s6/symmetry-series-case/sam28-galaxy-s6.html (available on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/OtterBox-SYMMETRY-Samsung-Galaxy-Packaging/dp/B00TYTDN9I/)
Typically when you are at Best Buy or at your local carrier store, you always see Defender/Commuter on the shelves – two well known smartphone case models from Otterbox. But with a high demand for a durable protection while keeping it slim, Otterbox came up with a new single piece case design called Symmetry. Here is what I found after reviewing their S6 version.
Arrived in their typical retail packaging, you get a good glimpse of the case under the clear cover of the front display. Otterbox refers to their new Symmetry Series as "balancing protection and style". I guess that's were a symmetry comes from, to give you the best of both worlds. Otterbox cases have their own unique style and selection of different colors, but they always put protection ahead of style as their #1 priority. With Symmetry they truly moved forward balancing both without sacrificing either one.
The case has a slick dual layer molded design where inner shock absorbent rubber frame is fused with outer PC drop/scratch protection hard shell. Looks like Otterbox decided to reduce the weight of the case, and they switched off from using a denser honeycomb pattern found in other cases, but shock absorption is still decent. The outer shell has a tough matte finish which is not slippery in your hands and enhanced by a rubber grip of inner shell bumper sticking out from underneath and wrapping around the edges of the S6. You get a decent beveled edge to keep the screen off the surface when placed face down. Every port is open and perfectly aligned without any obstruction. Even the power and volume covered rubber buttons are easier to push, in comparison to my Note 4 Symmetry case version.
Overall, if you want to cut down on a bulk of your case and prefer a single piece design that will look good and also will give you a protection on a level of Commuter series (minus micro-usb and headphone port covers) - Symmetry will be a great choice to consider!

Nice, Thank You.
Just received this case for my phone this afternoon - same color, even! I've never owned an OtterBox case and this one is vastly different from the slim cases I've typically used. I was previously using the Spigen Slim Armor case for my S6 but I'm a bit disappointed with the flush volume and power buttons, unlike the Slim Armor case for the S4. Not sure about you guys, but I like being able to actually feel which buttons I'm pressing! So far, I'm fairly pleased with this OtterBox Symmetry case.
Nice. Are the padded X's inside the back of the case that soft foam material or a harder rubber?

Semi-hard rubber... Btw, will have review of S6 Edge symmetry case later today.
Nice and helpful review - thanks.
The thing I dislike with a lot of cases, is the company logo that tends to get plastered over the case - it can make a premium case look quite cheap imo.
