Verizon Version?
Is there a way you can make this available for the VZW Galaxy Nexus? At least the volume rocker wake?
Off topic, but what font are you using in that screenshot of the statusbar?
Sent from my Nexus S 4G using xda premium
Awesome! Love the lock button!
But question - does the volume rocker wake mean that anytime I adjust the volume, the screen will turn on? Or do you have to hold volume down?
I listen to a lot of podcasts/music, and turning the screen on anytime volume is adjusted would be no bueno.
I'm interested in the lock button to statusbar, but without volume wake.
It looks great

Planned for next version
* Based on XXBLG1
* Layout improvements (make top space = bottom space = between-rows space)
* React to bluetooth headsets (might be delayed until v0.3)
v0.1 (10 Jul 2012)
* Initial release
* Based on XXALF6
Looking forward to some feedback. Did it work? Or did your phone burn up?
Can I confirm with you that the important changes are in the app_list_view.xml, ids.xml, public.xml and CANotiView.smali files? (InteractionManager.smali, too, possibly but I haven't looked at it in great detail) I'm asking because I run stock so I like to odex my /system/app APKs and also because Samsung seemed to have made other changes in LFB (I'm guessing your ContextAwareService.apk is from Omega 7)
Thanks

Samsung added it in the XXLFB firmware.
EDIT: If you're using a custom ROM, it may be using the XXALF6 version of SystemUI. (When I've ran APKTool on these SystemUIs, I've always found oddities.)

Doesn't seem possible I'm afraid. The reason for this is that what we get in the notification pulldown when we connect the headset is a kind of notification that uses RemoteViews to render itself. A RemoteViews object is limited to including the following (according to the Android docs here):
FrameLayout
LinearLayout
RelativeLayout
AnalogClock
Button
Chronometer
ImageButton
ImageView
ProgressBar
TextView
ViewFlipper
ListView
GridView
StackView
AdapterViewFlipper
What we would have needed is a HorizontalScrollView, and we don't get that. I think this limitation is in place because dy default swiping a notification to the right clears it so we would have inconsistent behavior.
I GUESS it would be possible to hack the framework somehow, but I don't think I have the time or the energy for that.
Thank you for allowing this to be ported to the epic touch 4g
Hi!
Can some one tell me why the apps I choose to be shown does not stay always in the same position? They some time move left and right and so they don't keep same position in notification menu...

Thanks
This is confirmed working on jedixp8 for the at&t note2
Edit: by the way this is amazing. Also I used to twrp 2.3.3.1 to flash this
Any chance or any way to get this working in an AOKP or CM10 rom?
Any way to go back to stock number of toogles as 12 toogles does not align good for me
I just hide 2 apps in the right side
BTW...my device is a GS2 ..Galaxy 3 should not have issues.
Enhanced Quick Settings for HTC One X unlocked
In Base 2.15/2.17 HTC has implemented code for a complete EQS, but for reasons unknown to us earthlings did not make it available to the user.
xda-Recognized Developer j4n87 managed to pull the right strings and activate this EQS. So with his kind permission I present his findings as a mod for all custom roms on Base 2.15/2.17
It also includes MIUI-Style battery-bar (small horizontal bar on top of screen to show battery-state) including control-app by pvyParts. After installing mod, start app to set up battery bar. The control app is still a work in progress and I will update it whenever there is a new version. I know that not all functions are working yet (flashing...), so no need to post that.
Versions with my battery-mods and also one without any battery-icon are on my battery%-thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1588789
Changelog:
04.08.12: Initial release 2.15.1
Credits:
j4n87, for the unlocking of the EQS in this base.
pvyParts, for the MIUI-bar and it's control app
Important:
This mod is for deodexed roms of base 2.15/2.17. Please do NOT use with any other base or stock rom.
Do not use any other mods that modify systemUI or the two would eliminate each other which could lead to bootloop or other unwanted effects.
Please make nandroid before flashing.
Flash in recovery and NOT in same run with a rom flash. Always let phone completely boot once after rom-flashing before applying mods.

No, the code for toggling would have to be in the rom and it isn't. That would need a complete recoding of the EQS and I am only using what has been there already. j4n87 will have that option in his viper-rom most probably.
Thx very much great work

Just a quick question on this - I noticed that on ARHD ROM with this included the bug with the notifications is present (when you pull down the notification bar any new notifications can't be seen until the menu is the whole way down, the design should be that you can see the notifications just as you begin to pull the bar down). Does this happen with your pack also?

Just wondering, does anyone know the "history" of this eqs? I remember having the eqs on the dhd, pretty much exactly like this one and I was wondering how our eqs came to be exactly the same as HTC's...
I'm guessing HTC implemented it on a device at some point and we've taken in from that since? Or did HTC borrow our idea?

Also There almas-res.apk Where the resource are located you need to put almas-res.apk to system/framework the java of the toggle will load to app to give output of images and etc. If You want to have kitkat Status_Bar_Close just open status_bar_tracking find <ImageView and replace with com.almas.systemui.BottomBar after replacing you need remove android:src="blabla" from the tag. You are Correct Toggles are Not Working Because
in Case of Flashlight. It is not working because your device does not have flash
in Case of Screenshot. It is Not working because your device does not registered to capture ss through broadcast receiver
