ATM this is only available in the US, but you can use the Market Unlocker Pro to change the Market to US.

Full specs are here, it might not have hardware decode support for mkv playback but doesn't mean it can't still play the files with software decoding. There's plenty of apps on the market that will play mkv files.

hmmm lets see cause some people like myself would rather have fun flashing things (alpha or not) We know the risks we take with our phones. Also considering it's in a public place that is not locked for downloads he has it up for a reason. I'm just not providing the link as he did not post one and in respect to sb I won't post one unless he says it's ok to do so. But others who know how to look for things can find it and get it IF they chose to do so.

I actually didn't notice that but I'm grabbing his gapps now to give them a go. Doing it without MMS however since I always use GO SMS.
