I have flashed my phone to AOkP before and it didnt work so I flashed CM9 and it still doesn't work the only time I have got it to work was on stock do any of you guys know how to make it work thanks

Do you use franco kernel? If yes, look for the flashable fix in his kernel thread.

cm9 is ics we are running jb, i dont know if thats gonna work. perhaps the one of cm10 may work.
