In my Wildfire S, I can see Two maps services were running continuously with more resource utilization. I tried stopping this service, but no use. Automatically its starting again. Same issue I am facing with Yahoo mail service also. Is this default or I am facing issue in my device.

When you say two maps services, do you mean two different services of google maps?
If you have Google's location service enabled, it might be running and restarting when you kill it. Try installing Maps and Yahoo Mail.

Hi Everyone,
My Galaxy Nexus, on both modded ROMs and the stock ROM, crash when I try to use combined view. I have a hotmail account and an exchange account.
Every time I load up combined view, I get the "Unfortunately, Email has stopped working" error... everything else works fine, I just can't ever get it to open a combined view.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
Currently, I'm using AR 2.1.2

It seems like an exchange services problem.
I tried adding a few accounts that I don't normally use, without including my work's exchange account -- and everything is OK indefinitely. However, when I get to my work email, that's when the combined view begins to fail. Not immediately, but after about 25 minutes.
I can't live without my work's exchange services, though. :S
Nevermind. It's back without my exchange account added. -.-;
Not a crippling issue, but my gosh it's annoying. lol

Hi All,
Last night I noticed that my phone wasn't going into deep sleep mode. I found out that the service which is preventing it from sleeping is "Exchange Services". I'm pretty sure that this is an android application.
I haven't installed anything new so I'm not sure how to get rid of it.
Anyone have any ideas?

i'm dealing with the same issue. do you use exchange email? for me it's my exchange calendar for my work account. i have two other exchange accounts and they behave very well. when i used when i used Modaco's r11 (4.04) and the CDN 1.33 ROMs, it wasn't happening. i monitored activity for one night and it was OVER 100MB of data. the only resolution for me is to disable the calendar sync until i need to use it.

I found out why it was sucking away my battery life. Turns out my account wasn't syncing properly so the phone kept it awake for ages trying to sync it. What I did was just remove my email account and re-add it.
Worked a treat!

So....
my Note 2 stopped automatic sync. This is not restricted to any specific account (gmail, calendar, 3rd party apps) but it happens across the board. I checked all possible syncing settings, in general and for each app to make sure that automated syncing is enabled. Still, the only time device syncs is when I restart it/turn it on or when I manually sync it, by turning off and then turning on sync button on Notification Panel.
I have several google accounts on my device and I really don't want to remove all the accounts and set them up again if I don't have to.
Anyone experienced anything like this and has word of advice?

Play store had no connectivity.
So when I try to view my linked google accounts my settings crash. It wasn't an issue till someone linked a new account to my phone and now its complaining about log in. It just sits on a blank screen till it says settings has stopped. Other accounts can be motified, just not a google account.
After some detective work and boredom I have figured out that the specific problem I have is related to google service update. Uninstalling all updates from the google service on my phone solved the issue. But I have to have it updated to use inbox. I was able to remove the account however.
