[Q] CM9 Alpha3 Theme Chooser is gone - HTC Wildfire S

Does anyone know how to use the Theme Chooser in Modpunk's CM9 Alpha 3? I see it is present in /system/app but it's not in the launcher and I can't find the way to execute it.
Anyone having the same problem?
Thank you!

How to I apply a theme for CM7? I am running Savage zen kernel and CM 7 rom. Also whats the best way to extend battery life?
Use the built in Theme Chooser to apply themes. Some are available in the market and here on xda in apk form, just install as usual and select them from the Theme Chooser.

ICS theme and ICS like ring lockscreen for CM7?

Hi,
I just installed new CM7 RC0 and I am wondering if the EI22 ICS themes in the theme sections are compatible?
I found the theme chooser preinstalled, but these only changes colors of icons. I am actually looking for ICS theme. Also the preinstalled lockscreens do not have ICS style lock screen.
Is there a good ICS theme for CM7?
The theme chooser does waay more than you think. Go into your market and search ics cm7 themes. If it is hdpi it will work. Go into your theme chooser and they will show up in there. I use ice 9.
Oh and for lockscreens try widgetlocker it has a very customizable ics lock
Edit: this should help you out enjoy

[Q] Notification bar replacement

Hi folks. Im using Cyanogenmod 7.2 and i do not like the Notification bar from it.
Can someone explain to me how to replace the Notification Bar in Cyanogenmod 7.2, and where to locate it in the ROM zip file ?
And one more question. Can I somehow use status bar from cyanogenmod 6.1 in cyanogenmod 7.2 ?
sry for my bad english
The statusbar is inside systemui.apk but I wouldn't recommend messing with it that way as you'll break it if you don't know what you're doing. If you just want to replace the images then download some themes from the market or xda and apply them with theme Chooser.

Click to collapse
Thanks for the tip.
But is it possible to put the Notification bar from cyanogenmod 6.1 to cyanogenmod 7.2 and to work ?
No, it wont work.
It would be possible to theme cm7 statusbar to look like cm6 but not to use the actual cm6 one as the framework is different.

Changing The CM10 Themes

Hey guys I am kinda new to this and I need a bit of a help.
I got the CM10 OS (Jelly Bean of course) to my SGS3 I9300 and I saw there are a lot of other themes to put.
Please can someone tell me how to change a theme (if possible without flashing it again- I am rooted).
Hi dude.
Your prob best searching Google etc for your answer and you would prob get an answer by asking this in the Q&A sections.
You can download any theme from the android theme and apps thread or from play store. Search for CM10 theme or AOKP theme then download and install the apk.
Once done, open your theme chooser app or go to Settings > Themes and then apply the theme you downloaded.....
Voila, your CM10 / AOKP ROM is now themed. ....
UberJelly is a good theme!!
