Nexus original Music Player - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Since I now rooted it I don't like CM9s Apollo Player.
Is there a way to get the original player back?
Can I use other files like from the S2 or something?

The S2 isn't the same, so no. Google Play Music is stock and you find it in the play store.

what does music square do?
Music player from gs3 also includes music widget. Would be awesome if somebody port that
And it should also work on the lockscreen, which i think would be the hardest part. Probably participates with the new lockscreen (if someone manage to port this)
Apollo is better

Well, there's not one Video Player I know currently which display previews of each videos on screen.
However, I do know of one that matches S3 Video Player's Pop Up Play feature along with many other interesting features;
Refer to 'Super Video, Floating & Popup' in the Play Store

Video Gallery with live thumbnails
Recently I publish a Video Gallery that create live thumbnails for each video on your device and shows a preview before open the video.
This gallery looks like the Galaxy S III video gallery, but is in the first step. I'm planning to add other features, but today only shows the live thumbnails and open the full video.
Google Play application name is: Live Video Gallery

if somebody can hack the app for Nexus then yes.. it maybe needs some files to system/lib/ and to system/bin/ and maybe the init.rc needs modifying... I'm not really sure..
Is that the floating video player? If so, download Super Video from Play Store. It's free.

You can download the DarkJelly zip from this thread, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1367341 extract Apollo (its themed black and white, so is the widget) move it to system apps, set permissions and reboot. That's what I do.
If you have it,can you upload it here so i dont need to download the whole rom?

Its not a rom, just a themed apps zip. I'll dropbox it and pm you the link. Hows that?

Just download an app zipaligner, it will properly sign the apk and allow you to install it without pushing.
In the other note.. any news on the new Apollo? Last time Neal teased a picture it was a whole new music player.

Youtube Downloader

Hi
I am search for a good youtube downloader
can someone help me pls?
Thy
TubeMate is the best one I've used. Allows you to download full HD vids and extract MP3s from them.

Great Thanks:good:
But i cant scroll
@hasbai incoming PM
Hi, TubeMate is awesome. But there is one issue i have been having with it. I use TubeMate to download the audio only of some YouTube videos. And it downloads and gets added to the stock Media player just fine. But when i flash another ROM on the phone, the Music player cant see the TubeMate downloaded music. When i use a File Explorer i can navigate to the MP3's fine and play them within the file explorer. BUT when i try to add them to the Music App it wont do it.
I also had this problem with my S3, Where when i flash a ROM the music wouldn't show up in the stock media player. Or aftermarket. Does anyone know how to fix this. As i am fed up of repeatedly downloading the same music every time i flash a ROM. Thanks

Just an update. I've tried Freedi as someone on this post had suggested. And i can say it works fantastic! Now whenever I flash a new rom or updated version of a rom. The music shows up fine in the music player. With Tubemate the music wouldn't show up no matter what. Only thing that's sucks is how show the music downloads..... But I'd rather wait then use Tubemate and risk not being able to use the stock music player.
