you also need to put framework.res file from framework folder so someone can compile and edit your file.

Can i just replace the .qmg in stock systemui.apk with .png files? Or do i have to convert them to .qmg?

I want to change the data and wifi indicator in stock samsung 4.4.4 systemui.apk.

Extract systemui.apk wid 7zip or winrar...
And chng them

If it takes too long for someone to send you
decompile(tool)/ mount(daemon tools) your firmware's system.img and find it in priv app

maybe you will have more chance in TG group, i think most people use custom roms ...
or just extract the rom

no need to mount , you can open system.img with 7z
