Hello all, I ordered an Xplay today and I wondered if I could be able to get games for free? And I also wondered if all the PSP games are compatible with the Xplay. Ty for answers.
No PSP games are compatible with the Play. There are free games, but the best games are paid...
Yeah best games are paid. You can get those paid games for free but we can't tell you how. Google it.
Isn't there a psp emulator or something? Or ws that only for the Vita?
Also tyfor the answers
There are all kinds of Emulators from Ps1 over N64 to DOS and Mame.
But there is no PSP emu.
For free games you can always check the EA / gameloft site if they may have a 2 for 1 game sale or offer one for free.

I actually ment acquiring these games illegally $: And is there some kinda forum dedicated only to the xPlay? Can't find such forums...
Well Sony do promised that PS Mobile will have a few PSP games, but who knows...

http://www.xperiagamer.com is mostly for XPlay, you can also find some useful info there.

Posting or talking about illegally downloaded apps is forbidden on xda. Just do some searches on Google if you really want that.
Best ones are paid except dungeon defender second wave
OK, and what can I do when i have rooted my xPlay? And what actually does rooting mean? (sorry for kinda noob questions )

Rooting is pretty much like being an administrator on a pc. You gain access to functions toy normally wouldnt be able to. Certain apps can access the device file structure and modify system files, i.e remove bloatware, backup and restore apps. Titanium Backup is my most used root app.

No, that is a bootloader unlock. You can install stock based roms, though.

Well, there is actually one - LocoRoco Midnight Carnival. Available if you have Japanese Psn account. Or by the ways " we don't talk about" here

I have an r800x, bootloader unlocked, and I see several Playstation games on the Android Market when I check from my browser, but it says they're incompatible with my device (subsequently, the PSX games don't show up at all on my Play's market app).
I removed V-Cast and most of the other Verizon bloatware because, well, the prices suck, they suck my RAM dry and, quite frankly, the service isn't so great either.
Do I have to restore V-Cast, etc., in order to purchase the games, or is there some way to do it from the market still?
The only other way I know to get games is from the game developers' websites (e.g. www.gameloft.com). You could find cracked copies of games that work with the your Xplay on the internet but I don't know if that's legal.

The V-Cast store doesn't have those games either. I think we need to wait for the Playstation Suite app to come out early this year (theoretically) to be able to buy them.
Or if your phone is rooted use market enabler as mentioned above.
Hello,
I don't know if anyone can help, but here goes...
I have a game called contract killer zombie or something like that, o n my SGS 2, and now i have a sony s1 tablet, where i also installed the game, but i don't want to play all the 60 missions i've already played on the SGS2... Is there anyway to "transfer" the game and continue on the tablet where i was on the phone?
Thanks

I got my Note 2 just a day back, and hence I am trying to avoid rooting or dng anything or tht sorts for nw.
There are many .apk files of games available wch r rather paid on Google Play.
I wanted to ask it, whether it is possible to install and play these games, via .apk installation without the device being rooted.

i dont see any threads on this, for the galaxy s3 maybe ive missed them i saw the ppsspp tried it found some .cso files on google but doesnt seem to run that good, anyone know of or can point me in a good direction to get some game emulators and games,i remember back in the day my friend having every emulator and every game for every system on his pc this must be possible on this phone? if this post is redundant delete and give some guidance please
PPSSPP actually runs some games pretty nicely, but the compatibility right now isn't that good. ePSXe for psx is better than fpse imo, Mupen64 works okay, and My Boy! For GBA is good as well.

yea i got some off google some .cso files for that ppsspp but what about for that epsxe emulator
I run the fpse and it works great. Most its uses .iso files. I play the crap out of ff7. Keep in mind legaly no one on her can tell u were to find the game files or the bios files if the emulator requires one. And u are only sposed to have these files if u own the actual product. But as said. Google is or friend and if or looking for digital back ups of or old games they are not to hard to find
