Meanwhile I decided to help myself....
You just have to delete the JB-Accuweather files and copy the attached apks to System/app.

Its more difficult as it seems, cuz as I know the AccuWeather widget from S IV requires the S IVs launcher and some libs + an other apk as I know. For example take a look in the ehndroix s3 zip. Correct me if Im wrong.

I was wondering if anyone has a centre clock mod for the google edition rom? I downloaded the one by TrickDroid which is basically stock but with the debug code removed and deodexed.
I tried following the instructions in this thread in order to modify SystemUI.apk but I couldn't get it to work whatever I tried, both on Windows and Mac.
I uploaded my SystemUI apk and the required framework files here:
