Are you rooted? From what I've seen in that program you need to be rooted for that feature to work.

Check out this thread. Old app but might work for you.

Flash an ICS ROM. That will turn them off by default due to a bug

Turn off notifications in ur superuser app, but with the app running nonstop in ur background I doubt u will be saving much battery. Mikg3.11 has the ability to turn them off in the built in tweaks app. Just fyi
Sent from my PC36100 using Tapatalk 2

I had also found this. Also read you could force stop the app and the lights would stay off until you reboot your phone.

Using Script Manager. There are several options try one of them at the time. I am on Option 2 and I am getting at least 1.3 MB down on average.

Just one question buddy. How do you set this up? Are you supposed to use script manager like you do with the charge script?

Yes Download the latest .sh.txt file from the link I posted. Then use Script Manager and "Run as Root." Then it will make you choose from 6 different options. Check it out it is worth the try. You can always uninstall it. Make sure you give them a couple of hours each to find your best results. Use speedtest to track your results.
Good Luck.
Okay I now giving this a go right now. You are using option 2 at fast?! On the side of it, it says normal. Does it give a boost? I just went to option 3. I guess I will leave it at that. thanks again man.

Good to hear! Thank Mr Zeppelinrox, he is truly a genius. Give that setting a whirl for a day or two and you will see the difference. If you flash a nightly, make sure you get those settings to stick again.
My results seem wacky. This is with option 2. It isnt much different than my results without the script.Very slow download speed, but the upload is faster. What gives? Anybody know?

Me personally, I can go for some motions, they always seem to amaze me, I honestly still get a kick out of swiping my hand across my phone to take a screen shot lol, if not that, some more options in the power saving settings, or a default settings to keep screen off when you receive a notification, not that it bothers me because I'm rooted and I use freeza's fregs3 ROM which comes with that option, but I'm sure other would really appreciate it

Danged work firewall... let me check from somewhere else and get back.
*Edit* Well, that's definitely Chinese....
What conditions make this appear?
Any China-based apps that might be doing this?
If you have any... less than legit... apps this may be causing it as well.
Don't mention them if you do, just remove them and do the right thing.
(Mentioning or condoning them is a violation of XDA rules, hence the wording here.)
OP, Are you using a stock ROM, or MIUI?
It's a chinese dating app for lonely people. Well. Are you lonely?
P.S. Check all your apps on the phone and their permissions.

if you are rooted, check out this thread. it could answer some of your battery hogging problems.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1977223&highlight=battery+life
Before you root, try this:
Go into your settings and go into Location Services. Uncheck all 3. You WILL see your battery life improve big time. What really drains your battery is most likely you syncing a lot of accounts and you having location services turned on whereas then google maps constantly tries to get your location, thus you have partial wakelock waking your phone even when screen is off. Now try to see what accounts can you do without much syncing such as Facebook, gmails, etc. These 2 are 2 of the most basic battery drainers known.
And of course the above is also right, media scanning kills..but you'll need to root to solve that problem.
I don't need to debloat! I use AOSP LOL!
