As anyone been able to do this yet successfully??? After Flashing the PRL I still can not get the device to see a signal from 850 CDMA For VZW Towers.. Any help would be appreciated !!!

There are way to many threads asking the same questions..
To unlock the sim card.. call Verizon...its free..
Yes gsm works in usa with ATT and t mobile...but you will only have edge
Overseas you can most sense roms and miui and cm will work if you input your carriers apn data.
Anyone else add more info if you have it.
These questions are cluttering up our forum because ppl don't search.
This is not a how to..I don't use gsm so I can't help. Just letting you know it works.

i was experimenting with idogx rom and so i changed the boot.img and testede it on marvel c.So i decided to share the link and hope a dev can make data,wifi,camera,and blutooth but i do not own this rommsg me) figure it out and im knew here and im not a dev.i know there is no proof that it works but i tested it myself

i sent u a msg but not sure but it may mess up data and may never be fixed so mess with it first and remember its not my romoh if u want phone to work go to settings and find something with mobile an then keep tapping search networks and auto regester

I was able to post a link(finally) so plz try it out
Remember:it is an alpha so its not that good
Ok no data is for metro users so I would still have data and 2 things 1. If you want data back talk to insink he knows his stuff he's made two roms with data working and 2 hopefully once this is made you can maybe ask insink to port it to metro if he has time so out can work for all users

So I'm just gonna jump right out and attack. Data won't work, you can't just switch out boot.img on a Rom from another chipset and expect everything to be dandy. Can't wait to see all the "i flashed and now yada yada doesn't work" posts.

No. But to be fair, all he did was make idogxs rom bootable. And as far as I know, it didn't have data working either.

The way for flashing the nexus s 4g is the same as the epic that is why I came here.
Can you help in anyway? like link me to a tut or remote flash for me via teamviewer?
Personally I haven't done it, but I know I've seen some guides around our section, and people here have definitely done it.

Get your phone s-off,install recovery(4ext preferred),,try which ROM works with Reliance network.I am also trying to get particular ROM/Radio combination so that it gets activated with TATA/reliance cdma.:good:

Which chinese rom .Can please link us to the that rom?
unofficial MIUI by khamsakamal48 is ics and i think works with cdma but i was unable to make it works with any cdma uim.
Reliance uim cards works only with Chinese ROM .(you can find it on rim web).But you can use any ROM out here'if you are programmed to reliance ( non_uim)

I checked there but all links given for the rom are dead.It would be great help if you cold give us a working link.

Already did but not got reply from kapil and hetal.
What i know one can use uim with Chinese rom only i may be wrong though, Will be trying different rom from the dev section.

Yeah, Got the files from JP and flashed don't have a SIM with me right now so cannot check will update in Morning once i get a CDMA sim card.

well i have been trying to flash my phone to pageplus using this thread by nevell http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1895548 is there any other way i can flash to pageplus???...ive tried using this method but since i dont have the full version of cdma workshop then i guess its not programming it right ...when i dial *611 it says welcome to verizon...then i tried to OTA programming to pageplus and it was unsuccessful...please someone help a brother out

@sg32013pg Why don't you ask in the thread that I linked you too which you copied here? Those are the people that posted the guide and everyone there is on pageplus and can help you. It's not a development thread so you can post there.
