Brilliant!!! so now i know it works for stock + the CM9 alpha \o/
I’m pausing this project to help Sandvold with CM9 I’m NOT giving up on this nor quitting but it's working perfectly right now.
It looks like there's no reason for me to maintain this.... Koush (maker\dev of clockwork mod and rom manager) is probably very very likely going to take it into CWM OFFICALLY! :victory:

13/6/2013: Finally a fully working CWM6! Let's re-do this!
Also, considering to add support for non-CWM recoveries!
09/1/2013: New release. Also, no one noticed bug: CWM have never been 6.1.0.x. It's 6.0.(1/2).x. Nevermind, but no rage against me; you even did not notice.
05/1/2013: Long time passed. Syncing androidarmv6 sources, get ready for new CWM. (Fixed everything in CM10, it works, but has low brightness and infinite reboot to recovery bug so decided to move to CM10.1 CWM)
31/10/2012: As I've already written, some problems with HD. Lots of segmentation faults on Linux partitions. Have to reinstall all my OSs (Cinnarch, Ubuntu 12.04 LTS/12.10). After I'll restart with tests. Also, added download stast below. Tip: there is a bug in ICS CWM release, hope you'll find it. Good Halloween!
29/10/2012: Written a small guide that should help you: CWM 6 How-to guide
28/10/12: Started the news section in order to give your infos and keep you up-to-date. Working on CWM 5 touch, maybe later I'll work on 6. Also, understood how to read properly commits on Github and solve problems. And given some suggestions to marcin for camera rotation. Download CWM 6 stable, is fresh and juicy!
Info:
CWM 6 uses incremental backups. This save lots of space, but backup will use more time. So, don't get scared, relax, and take a coffe when waiting your backup. CWM6 How-To Guide

Why do you have this old version?! You could use updated versions by Phiexz from 5.0.2.7 (and also this 5.0.2.8 version).
Obviously v2 is too much outdated and limited of woking functions...!

And it really shouldnt be rom specific
Not working for me. gives a lot of errors at start (about cache etc), can't install zip because "Can't mount /sdcard/"
edit.: also twrp and prew. CWM are not working. maybe my device is dying. (

Is this the touch recovery version?
Maybe I can fix the pink screen bug. But first I have to know if I could brick my phone and if it is right to use the required data from arcos cm10.1 branch or if they should be from the cm9 branch and so on..
I would try it out but I don't know if I brick the download mod too with flashing a bad cwm. I have no experiences about that for now.

Now I want to help the Galaxy W users with things I can do. Building CWM is one of these things. I want to support this recovery. But there is only one bug at version 6.0.3.2 (touch and non-touch) and I don't know how to fix it. I think that it would be a "10-minute thing" for you.
It is only a graphic bug because the whole texture and graphic is pink, but you see the buttons and all functions are working as they should. Is this because of the /recovery/graphics.c ? How to solve it?
It would be very nice and helpful to hear something from you about that.
I tried to build cwm for ancora but I failed due to a curropted graphics.c . Now I found that mine is corrupted too so I 'm trying to build a new one
The only problem is that I hav'nt a sgw !
And I have a suggestion , please try to build the cwm with zImage of both 3.0 , 3.4 and one time with 2.6 . It may be related to kernel too !

Maybe a try with the stock recovery could help. But there is no downloadlink for it too.
I think that arco knows the solution, but he seems very busy. I can't ask him for help because he doesn't accept PMs from "normal" users.

Using stock recovery as base will limit you only to non touch version !
The only way you can get a working cwm 6.0.3.2 is to clone repo from arco and sync it to lastest cwm from CM 10.1 m3 branch !

Okay. It sounds very intresting. But I did never something like that. How can I synch my cloned repo from arco with CM? Where can I find the right branch? There are so many repos at https://github.com/cyanogenmod

Then you need Linaro Tool Chain ( or any other toolchains ) + Android SDK . now follow instructure from buffo to builf cwm.after building I think you will have a 6030 then you need to merge cm10.1 branch to get a 6032

I have tried to build cm10.2 for SU640/P930 with the help of dczz Feishui,Men and so on.
Now,Phone can get into system, but I came across a serious problem:easily hot reboot.
In the days,I don't have time to fix the problems.

If you are interested, you can have a try.
At last,Looking forward to Rmcc's offical CM10.2.

The Flashable ZIP
Notification:
1.The Rom is released for developers and experienced users. You may come across serviral rebooting.
2.If your phone get into system, but easily rebooting, you must go Settings-Developer options to switch on "Disable HW overlays"
3.The Backup To Restore is same with The Flashable ZIP,you don't need to download all.
4.Above all,This is a Dev ,There are many bugs,so I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards, or any other issues that may arise from flashing this ROM !
5.About P93X,LU6200 and VS920 ,it is Dev version and is easy to port based on this rom, so don't provide for the moment.
P93X port guide: you just delete "etc" and "boot" of this rom instead of P93X'CM10.1,It will work well.Good luck to you

I can't open your URL .
Keeping rebooting back into recovery may show that you didn't mount your system, just mount boot.
Hope can help you!

I'm sure it is. But seems we will have good graphic performance in JB roms only on 3.4 kernels(i'm sorry but now with 3.0 it works with microlags and microdelays)... I hope it will come.

Stupid LG, why they didn't release 4.1 930? It's unfair for nitro users

I'm pretty sure this line is the problem. Just can find the source of the problem.
Code:
[ 27.999572] init: critical process 'servicemanager' exited 4 times in 4 minutes; rebooting into recovery mode
Is it just my imagination, but are the only download links for the su640?

Hi Alex,
we (users of TWRP) are waiting for a kernel developer to create custom kernel based on 3.1.10 (working touch in recovery) and usb/adb support. It will be great if you extend your kernel with usb/adb support in recovery. Could you test your development kernel with latest TWRP ramdisk?
Thanks in advance

Hi Alex,
this is the old 2.6 endeavoru kernel used by TWRP. What I know is that this is the original HTC kernel with hacked/enabled usb and adb support in recovery. This kernel is used in the official One X TWRP, but after the firmware update (tp.img) the touch is not working. Repacking the TWRP with the official HTC kernel from 4.18.402.2 recovery brings the touch back, but in a price of missing usb and adb support.
I think that this is the source of the 2.6 kernel (with hacked usb and adb in recovery) used in official TWRP. Maybe you could get some ideas from the commit history.
Hope this helps

If you have some spare time, could you build a TWRP version with usb fixed? I´ve tried to repack but no luck (not sure if I´m doing something wrong)
Hi Alex,
You are talking about fixing usb only. Does your kernel support adb in recovery mode? For me (or people which are modding existing ROM) adb in recovery is the more important feature than usb.
