I made and test it on ARHD, but not see any reason why it should not work on other 2.17x roms unless very changed framework.jar.

will it work on maximus rom 3.0 with 2.17 base ?

Is it possible to make beats profile work on a bluetooth headset and not only on a wired headset ?

I've made it, but only for deodexed rom only, I don't know how to make it on odexed, sorry.

Added the new profiles, but I have 2 bugs.
Bug 1: When selecting one of the newly added profiles (for example, HTC 5.1), it gets enabled however "Sound Enhancer" in Settings -> Sound still says "No effect", minor issue.
Bug 2: There is no dialog to select one effect for headset, and another effect for BT-A2DP, they both use the same profile at the moment
edit: This may not be a bug, I don't think this dialog ever existed.
Any chances of getting xLoud Mod implemented into this? For example, like http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1720770 does for the One X.

Those 4 profiles are not coded in your settings.apk, but they work, Profiles are modded to be enabled for BT . Tomorrow, I'll update 2 MB mods to release version of course frameworks will be modified again , much cleaner, louder, bass music. I have to test xloud if it will work with this mod too.

Dude,
I noticed the original developer had an odexed option for stock ROM users.
Would love this, any chance in asking his help in making an odexed version?
If it is too time consuming, heck any chance of a dev version so others can have a crack at it (with permission from yourself and the original dev of course.)
I got a pair of beats solo headphones and would be interested to see if this mod makes a huge difference.

can you build the mod for cdma sense?

I downloaded stock version of lyapota MB 3 inside is also a deodexed framework, you can decompile original framework and modded one to see differences.
For cdma upload your deodexed framework.jar also put what build version so others can download it to.

-Too much unwanted apps that came with the ROM?
Use ROM Cleaner, it will greatly decrease the ROM size
-Music doesn't sound too good?
Use Noozxoide EIZO-Rewire PRO Series instead and customize your audio.
-Having sound glitches?
Don't use third party audio software, just stick with HTC Music and Noozxoide
Don't mix SRS/HTC Enhancer/HTC 1.5 with Noozxoide, Beats Audio is fine.

Well, I odex my ROM because it is faster to optimize apps right after the "Android is Upgrading..." screen when you wipe dalvik cache and cache. It has gotten faster when it's odexed too

MegaBass for cm9 - cm10 basic is adapted from new cm10.1 android 4.2 file system.
Try replace with this Meta.Inf, hopefull works with galaxy s and maybe universal updater

You can enable x-bass options if want more bass effect

For best headset quality, in Beats Headset:
- dinamic range compression,
enable+superior
- x-bass, disabled
- equalizer, enable+beats
virtualizer+strongest
- headset virtual room effect ,
enable+hall
For higher ringtones, in xLoud speaker:

Great while connected to my car stereo, huge bass boost with some clearity lost but not that much. But unusable with phone speakers, way to loud and distorted even on lowest volume.
Any way for app to detect AUX? So it's on ONLY when connected to AUX and off when not?

I don't have this problem at all, in fact I think speakers sound great with the game preset. Do you have beats enabled? Any other sound mods? I use dragon fi with dolby and it is fine on speakers. Have you tried on a different rom or kernel?

You are right, with Beats it's terrible, with beats off it sounds much better!
Thank you for this, now I don't have much time but I will test it more in upcoming days :good:

Interesting I have beats enabled and its fine, but I'm on insert coin rom with xceed kernel

Overall mod is amazing, it sounds great in my car and that's most important for me, I will try normal speaker volume settings in Dragon-Fi, I am sure this will help :highfive:

It's a flashable zip. You need to install it in recovery.

ALL THAT HAVE FC's: please make sure that selinux is set to permissive. Some kernels like elemental X handle selinux differently and selinux needs to be set manually. If you still get FC's please pm me with a logcat

ok , any other ideas ? Selinux set permissive , DL' & flashed 3 times. still get FC error.

I would try a different kernel. If not please pm me with a logcat, and I'll look in to it. I can't guarantee compatibility with all roms and kernels.

hi, thanks for this awesome mod, but it didnt work, like, nothing change when i turn it on, what should i do? i'm on m8 s-rom with beats and dragon-fi (w/out dolby), elementx kernel, v4a fx and hifi

Try simply re-installing Asus audio wizard, some of the audio mods on s.rom change the audio_effects.config. this will remove the values for Asus audio wizard to work. Running the installer will add these values again
