Since i see again no ones posting anything here's Carbon Skins and GlossyFolderColors icon set.
Too Install... copy and paste these 2 files and go to, File Explore then Program Files and then Startoolkit folder should show up, Place Carbon into Skins and GlossyFolderColors Into icons and you have it
Could We Share Our good Icons and Skins in here ..... Cheers Hopefully this becomes a good room this time.

Are u kidding me again its like you're trying too loop this good tread about smartoolkit and skins and icon set's, these skins and icon set's, everyone knows about lol... My point being was no one ever !! Post the custom skins and theme, we need a tread being this ones fine where people start posting their special skins and icons... i dunno why u did this but stop it lol

amm guys on [* 3VOLUTION SERIES *][WM6.5 STD 21854][Build 3VO.3.00.112509] ROM I'm instaling themes but they not working corectly and after smarttoolkit (by the way Smart toolkit is very cool and nice thing thanks everyone) phone is going craizy... i can't change themes. it's allways on titanium after every "theme changing i must restart my phone by pulling out my battary"

Hello everybody. After finding out the size of the lockscreen background (480x800 thanks to shawsky) ive batch cropped a whole load of backgrounds to that size.
I havent seen a thread for this so maybe you could post yours here or whatever.

Loving the green on black android one. That is now fixed as my lockscreen.
Some nice ones in there thanks for those, my one minor gripe about this phone is the rubbish bundled wallpapers!

Good idea. I'll try it today and see.
Btw excuse some that didn't line up right. The crop was automated so
Some off centre ones didn't line up right.

Damn transparent lock screen wallpaper doesn't work.
Just tried, comes out black, think it needs to be hacked into

Anyone know why I can't download this from my SGS2 using stock browser? Just says download failed (unknown file type)...

I got the same, the archive file is not a file type support by the phone. Download to desktop and extract.

Phone is alot more tempremental with big downloads. Often they time out.
Either try again or download from pc.
You can extract on your phone, I use linda manger or root explorer but i think
these days most file managers do it, just hold your finger on the zip and click
extract. It will then be in a folder called extracted.

Hoping someone can help out here. I did a factory reset last night and for some reason have lost a bunch of the stock wallpaper's.
I'm really just after the all blue one, with the little white strands coming up from the bottom...

If you look at all the UI updates google has been doing across its products the android market style and the coloured blocks next to links (eg. on google) inspired me to make this. I dont believe that the leak we saw with the blue will be what ICS looks like, at least i hope that that is true.

multipicture LWP and CM7
Hey, everything working fine here, except the multipicture LWP
It only shows me the first picture and not the all of them, I can't seem to find a setting, to make it work
I'm on CM7

Nevermind, I looked a bit further into the launchers settings and found the right one
Btw. could you be so kind to upload the psd files for the wallpapers, so that we can edit to our needs?

EDIT: I have setup individual screen pref 1-3 and set each wall paper accordingly yet I only display one non-scolling wallpaper at a time. My transition is set to fade.
Lockscreen wallpaper does work

In ADW settings-General Behavior-Animation and Effects, makes sure Wallpaper Scrolling is checked

I changed it a tad for my sensation because the small links were doing my head in, obviously less link there now but I find it easier to use, I am aware that nothing in lined up, but this is pretty much how mines set up now, thanks Tech0!

The texture I am looking for is the greyisch one you can see being used there in multiple areas for example camera and menu. Since its used in many spots I thought it has to be in the frameworks. I changed many images and none of them worked. Maybe I overlooked some which I had to change.

I already asked some people in the tablet theming section, but well...the pointed me to files which dont exist for me or told me its a colour code in values, which I didnt find either.
BTW the power menu is completely black with the dialog one in the xhdpi folder. Most of the other menus too, but not the camera menu

If its a texture, like a gradient or a pattern, find it in systemUI.apk. If its a single color, then its somewhere hidden in the codes!
Edit: oops! Just looked at your images closely. Looks like its just a signle color. Probably hidden in the codes

I think its the "dialog_middle_holo_dark.9.png, dialog_top_holo_dark.9.png, dialog_bottom_holo_dark.9.png and dialog_full_holo_dark.9.png" in the framework-res.apk.

Yes I thought so too, but that only changed the Power menu background

the greyisch texture you can see on the right column of the settings menu. I want it to be black^^

no the black holo is already black and is responsible for the left column of the settings menu going dark. But the right one is the nasty one I cant find

U have to theme all dialogue and pop up windows there r I think like 13 or 15 some are dialogue and some are menu item also theme the dark toast pop up

Yes and I think I got them all.
I uploaded my xhdpi folder and I would much appreciate it if you guys would take a look and tell me which I overlooked -.-

I think I got all of the dark dialogs and pop up menus or the toast frame thingy, but none did the job.
What lets me think , that it is not hidden in the code is the fact, that the border is grey black grey. If it were hidden in the code that would be too much text if you would ask me, but I cant find a corresponding image -.-

Here's the theme i made for the transformer that had that image changed. I don't know where it is anymore, but feel free to decompile and look around.

this background is even used in some 3rd party apps in their settings....

[THEME/UI][TUTORIAL][VIDEO ADDED!] DropUI | A minimal UI (updated: 15th Sept)

It has been a while since I made a real homescreen, I had been using Windows Phone for a while before I got my Galaxy S3. You guys have no idea how suffocating those tiles were (But I still love the MetroUI).
So, I call this setup DropUI cause of the raindrops in it. I have this strange fascination about them, they calm me down. You might notice the edges have black spots, they're there so that the screen looks rounded too. Inside the screen is another layer (or I call it a base). The base has the nav, the dock and the folders. I had to include the dock inside the wallpaper and then use blank icons on my launcher cause 7x10 grid was a pain to work with.
I had seen many setups before I created this, the best and the most unique ones used SweeterHome which is a beta launcher and is clunky. I believe in functionality over looks so I chose one of the best launchers out there, Apex Launcher. (You can use GoLauncher too but Apex has some nice gesture controls.) I made most of it, I had to mash up two icon sets and add in some effects to them. (resources are listed below). Unlike most of the complex setups which make it really hard to change wallpapers, each of my homescreen changes its wallpaper automatically. I had to make couple of wallpaper variations but same wallpapers get boring after a while. The folders are made up of Simi Folder widget and the text is made up of Minimalistic Text.

I have attached my wallpapers and fonts used. Refer the the deviant Art page for widgets used. I have a bit of work to do today so tutorial will take about 2-3days. But youre free to have a go at it.
