I have made a bootanimation for you to check out.
This is my first bootanimation that I have made,so please don't be harsh or don't post negative replies.
I have started making bootanimations and I am progressing fast so you guys can expect better bootanimations from me in the future.
so without much ado,
download the attachment and put it In /system/media or /data/local and set the permissions as shown in the screenies.

Just a question since you fellas clearly know more about this than me... Are the built in wallpapers actually made for the Galaxy Nexus's native resolution? I have the built in Chroma set as my background and I swear that it looks either stretched or just altogether artifact-y.

i was only curious why such a great phone which sold out so fast and so difficult (and required paiful waiting )to get one,

Take it easy algorhythm. That may have been for the I9100, but this is for the Telus (and presumably Koodo) T989D: http://www.telusmobility.com/en/ON/Software-Updates/schedule.shtml
Pretty sure someone already linked this via MobileSyrup. The schedule does only indicate the "expected" date (Feb. 2013) , but 4.1 is nearer than ever before - maybe less than a month away.
