[Q] New LG/Verizon Weather/Clock widget?

Hey All,
I saw a new weather/clock widget on the Revolution LG phone by Verizon, and I was wondering if this existed for our Evos?

Instal go weather from the market then instal lg style for go weather it will look like it

I am looking for the following lock screen app. I found it on a Chinese ROM. It replaced the stock lock screen and I have no idea how to find its name as I really want to change something.

S4 Launcher Size

Anybody know how I can shrink down the size of this launcher to 4X4? Screenshots attached. It just bothered me having the the icons that close to the dock icons.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
