Hi guys. I have a question. Should I change something in build.prop for using my 3600mah battery without a problem?

Yes, you must change: ro.semc.batt.capacity=1500 to 3600
I recommend you to charge 1500 battery at 100% first, change the build.prop and then restart with your 3600 battery. Finally charge it a few hours and calibrate it deleting batterystats.bin file.

If I charge to %100 why should I charge again a few hours? And where is batterystats.bin file?

Its technically called Battery Stats, can be wiped through CWM.
Sent from someone's Galaxy Nexus running AOKP + Franco
I didn't charge to %100 with 1500mah. I changed build prop. Closed phone. I removed 1500mah battery with %67. I attached new battery. Now I'm charging to %100. After the charging I will wipe battery stats. Is this okey guys ?

I recently purchased the sprint extended battery and have noticed a perceivable decrease in battery life. I have tried it out with two different roms and I'm starting to think it may be an app draining my battery or the battery it's self. If you have a favorite app for battery monitoring let me know.

Running version 1.10.4.0 without issues here.
Guess it works for some and not for others. Mine doesn't show any stats and a lot of comments in the playstore with the same problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still broken for me. Try it, you might be lucky.

Hi.
I've got a strange problem on my gio. The battery is draining quite fast and when there is only one percent left it switches off. If I plug in the charger now I see, that there is more than half of the battery left. What can I do to use this battery time as well?
I already wiped battery stats and made a battery calibration but there was no change after that.

Same problem here.
I've tried some ROMs and since then, the battery is a disaster.
Charges really quick and drains even faster. I am talking about 15 min with wifi or 3g before it dies.
Help please!!

Or, if you have a custom recovery, try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1517044
Might be the problem... Otherwise it's dead I'm afraid...
In my opinion it could be a dead battery.
If you couldn't solve your problems with the other links, buy a new battery.
In my case that helped.
AW: Strange battery issues
Yes it was the battery. I just bought a new one and it's lasting for ages now )

Maybe this question has been asked many time. But I still didn't found the right answer.
My question is really simple.
With current Galaxy Note 2 batteries technology. Which one the best way to Charge it?
A. charge whatever we want
B. charge when batteries below 20%
C. charge whatever we want without waiting until it full charge
D. charge whatever we want and pull off without waiting batteries completed (full charged)
E. charge when batteries below 20% and never pull of before it full charge
F. do whatever we want and we need. Batteries on Galaxy Note 2 is clever that we think
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda premium
The answer is letter A.
We predict what we want with the battery not the other way around.
Charge it when you want to.
And plug off without waiting batteries fully charged?
Sent from my GT-N7100 using xda premium
best ans probably be A.
lithium ion battery life will getting poor as the number of cycle it charge-discharge no matter you charge at what percentage.

You could. The battery is what you make of it.

I have been charging the phone for straight 5 hours and it says that battery is just 20% charged! =(
Is there any way to calibrate the battery?
Thnx in advance!

Ok so I saw that my battery was on 82% in 2 hours of doing almost nothing on the phone. But I made some calculations. I summed up all the mAh from every battery drainer in the list and the result was 284 mAh. The LG G4 battry has 3000 mAh and I had 82% battery. So 18% battery from the 3000 mAh must be equal to 284 mAh but it is not ! 18% of 3000 mAh is equal to 540...so that is double which means that half of the amount of battery that was drains is inexplicable. Here are the calculations: s16.postimg.org/86r7bml5v/Screenshot_2016_02_12_12_06_50.png - LINK for the screenshot
