Thats a feature only on aokp or cm10 ROMs and its all framework manipulation, is not an app tha you can just install, flash either cm or aokp if you want it so bad

because our old sony phones are orphans and arent quad cored with more than 1gb of ram
but thanks to raymanFx we will have cm11 (not official but its as good as)
if we had more pro devs we could have official support
if we can get about 5 more pro devs who want official CM11 then we can setup a petition, get the devs to sign and we may just get it
for now getting CM depends on our RaymanFX
