i have wm 6.1
i tryed so far rose and kavana
and i want to try something new
is there other rom for the dash ?
or other os than win mobile ?

yeah i think everybody is waiting to try out the new andriod rom...sounds like it's going to turn out nice are there any pictures of it?

yeah i know its an OS...lol my brother has a g1..not that dumb jus get confused with the term "ROM" that everyone uses...would be easier calling it a firmware

Fade out effect when launching something from TouchFlo

Hey there!
I have seen videos, before the blackstone was released, showing that when you launched some app from touchflo it would fade the screen to black .. I have never seen this on my own blackstone, but it is probably becuase it was to unstable to release it on stock rom .. But is it possible to get ? It looks sweet..

i do not know ! but my suggestion is that it was removed from stock rom, maybe because of laggy performance or something ? Don't know.. but it would be nice to have !

thats possible! that they used liek a beta rom but i don't hope so...
maybe we have this feature but we don't know how to use it ;-)
or its a thing like graphic driver

as you can see, we don't know if this little feature exists...

Still no ideas? I have also noticed that in that video all TF3D tabs have a fade in effect, which was also removed.

afdvanced configuration tool allows animations and such like?

I heard that HTC decided to delete this animations in case of having a better performance. Unfortunately.... I would like to have it in my device.

That devide is a test device (it has the HTC logo on ther upper left corner), and HTC removed it.

This will be such a nice addition, pitty it's taken off.

We know that. We were just wandering if it could be restored some way, maybe extracted from an old ROM or whatsoever...

I would not be one bit surprised if there is such a feature hidden somewhere in Registry with a big bad "0" on the end, waiting for someone to turn it to "1"...

...and which will be discovered when the HD is getting obsolete...

gotta find that register !! LOL

I have to say, after a while playing with the sounds, that they are the most beautiful sounds that I ever had on my Ace. Just brilliant!
The alarm sounds are gorgeuos, firsts sounds that I will be pleased to listen to in the morning

For some reason I cant hear the UI sounds . Is it working for you @FMAranda?, Ive sucesfully replaced them in system/media/audio/ui and nothing... everything else works like charm.

I haven't tested the UI sounds, but it should work in theory.

Hey, I've tested and it works. I just had to rename from TW_Touch.ogg to the original name Effect_Tick.ogg

Well its a pitty, I did so and it doesnt work at all, whats more Ive got no sound from any UI sound. Shame on me

Go to system/media/audio and replace the files.
Rename the s3 files to match the ones already there.

I had tryied screencast but it give me a video with much laag , so i don't want to try it again!​

I want it because i want to record some thing for some peoplr about methods for programs, root, games and some like this things.​

Hmm.. As I mentioned before, Screencast is the best option for recording your screen as I know..

Maybe use another phone or camera like you see on YouTube.

You know its great.
I also back to stock rom.
It has many features that is not in cm or other roms
I can install many many apps without mobile hangin or errors
Its lite weight & also no much apps works in background.
Its great feature )

Do you have the same problem that you don't get any notifications on stock?

Hmm strange :/ On stock I have to take all Apps in the background to get notifications for example WhatsApp... Which Apps Do you have installed? And on which stock Version are you?

I use whatsapp from onemobile market last version.
I think you may have to make factory reset

Uhm did I told you that this is everytime?... Even when installing as new Rom after eg. CM11
But I heard of others too with no notifications :/

Ammmm. I also removed gestures & 3d dynamics.
It causes some problems.

When I install many apps on cm. I should install cleaner :/. & call screen is not beauty on cm. On stock its better ?
