xperia pro (mk16i)

Hi.
I recentently purchased a sony ericsson xperia pro. (mk16i)
I upgraded from a x10 mini pro. This x10 mini pro has several threads of its own here about custom roms.
What I am confused about is the lack (every where, not only on xda-developers) of "support" about my device.
Every where I read about the arc, the neo the play and og course x8 and x10 mini / pro but the xperia pro (mk16i) almost never has it's own thread.
I can download cyanogenmod at download.cyanogenmod.com/?device=iyokan&type= and it actually works but when going to the cyanogenmod.com site and select devices my device is not there! I really want to see some releae notes or something.
Same on xda , when googeling I find some questions and sometimes answers about the mk16i but always in some other phones thread. Does that mean I can install that phones custom rom on my phone?
So is the pro the same as one of the other sony's or am i only one of the few who bought it?

not only you bought it, me too.
it seems that this phone is not popular which is strange because it seems to be the most advanced qwerty android phone at the moment.
I'm going to root it soon, maybe use some custom rom for it. Could you provide some links to pages which you were using while you were rooting your mk16i? any

because the xperia play and the neo L has same hardware, but neo L is ICS, so neo L's GTA III will work on xperia play on ICS?

The Neo L doesn't have a touchpad, other than that it'll probably work, as long as you make GTA think your phone's a Neo L.

i tried the galaxy s3's gta 3 on the xperia play, and gamepad+touchpad works. it doesn't work like on the neo l kernel. but when i get out of the game (galaxy s3's gta), he asked from me for download sd data and cenceled on the same place. so it can work. now it is needed to search gta 3 for neo l apk and check it out

Recently i've been come across by some cheap VR headset ads for moto z2 play, did anyone ever tried it before? Will it worth buying? I am aware that day dream won't support Z2 Play. Just curious about this VR for watching movies.
