Hi - I have both a Universal and a Wizard. For a while now, on my Wizard I've been using a ROM made up of 'best bits' of all the available releases, with all carrier customisations removed - this is released under the name 'Mr. Clean' rom. It's bugless and lightweight. Perfect!
Does anyone release a similar rom for the Universal? Or does anyone prepare one for their own use who might consider sharing? It really would be great to see.

A "Clean" ROM with a CAB set to choose from for each provider.
I would appreciate this greatly - since t-mobile remove some stuff from the blank setup.

A fast, lean and mean ROM would be awesome. I don't have the time or skills unfortunately.

I just tried the thread I posted above and the link works fine. It must be your computer settings.
I am not sure which version is this though. I think he released QTEK, IMATE, and TMOBILE versions. Just use the Ma_Upgrade_No_ID_Tool.

The link I posted above is the link to the topic with the files you guys are looking for. It should be on the first post of that link, and it works fine on mine.
Yes it does but we're talking about the links to Jwrightmcps modified ROM's... These are missing from the FTP site????
I am now confused. This has been discussed before, someone took off those files from the fttp. Probably someone does not want to share or maybe it took a great chunk of memory storage. That is why "Xanadu" provided us with this alternate download site, but it is the same file, so it does not really matter if we can't find the original posted file by Jwright because someone was gracious enough to share.
I thought the topic was where is Jwright's Modified ROM? I provided a link on where to donload it. Question answered. What is still the confusion? Are you looking for a specific file for a specific device like Jwright promised? If so, he also left instructions on how to use the Ma_Upgrade_No ID file. So just extract the files necessary and rename them, then install.

As you know, I come from the Mogul world. But, I just got a Vogue (upgrade pricing). Trying to decide whether to keep it. I am sure that this ROM will make that decision more difficult. (Btw, any thoughts you have on Vogue vs. Mogul, feel free to tell me - on here or PM).

EDIT: Forgot to tell you, I am writing this post on my DCD 3.2.0 Mogul over 6.1's version of ICS. VERY fast (I was running tests on ICS vs. Wireless Modem app (from TalynOne))

Hey Guys noobie here, but i have been following some for a while. with this can i just run it straight? i have no mods on my touch, just original sprint rom. do i need to unlock it still or anything? and i have a windows 2000 system at work, will this cause any problems with the install?
just run the exe and follow the instructions. requires no unlocking, etc.

I'm guessing its gonna require tweaks, regedit and all that sort of things?
does the GPS still need to be primed with a program like AstroGPSLauncher for TomTom, iGuidance, or iGO?
Strange thing is, no Ext Rom.
Nevermind all the old stuff in the rom, only thing updated I would say is some of the OEM Drivers, everything else has been floating around the forums for months.

I just figured out since most people like everything in one place, I decided to collect all relevant stuff for diamond and put on my FTP for easier and accessible place for DOWNLOADS.
First of all I will be collecting all:

i can see the 1.93.456.2 rom is being uploaded. but i've got problems downloading other uploaded OFFICIAL ROMs, the page keeps telling me 'Could not open file true for writing. Make sure PHP has write permission to this file.'. what's this about?

This problem has just been fixed as request from Dutty by me.

The file stores every download in a file, somehow a file got duplicated and thus permissions where gone..No idea how but it's fixed.

Dutty is the chef. MasterOfDesasters is the lead webmaster (Kudo's!) and I'm just the guy who sometimes fixes stuff on request and hoster of the site.
You've gotta chmod a lot of the newer files:

This comes up when somebody tries to DL any of the newer files.

I know that's a ROM released in May of 2011 but, it looks like be the best ROM for X8. So, I knew of it some days ago and started to look for the download link. Found it, from Mediafire... All right, I download the file but it is corrupted, can't extract it1.
So, I am looking for someone who has that files and can upload it in somewhere (any free hosting site), so i can download it. If anyone has it, please tell me, I really want to install that ROM.
