Basically I installed a mod and because I had no space and had a lot on my mind I didn't do a backup... Now I need media profile.xml and camera config.xml from the etc folder to restore them
Did you try installing lgflashtool and restoring your lg to default and retry the all process of getting a rom on your phone.
Not yet I was hoping someone would give me the files, so I wouldnt lose any data

Try to do a back up of any time to try to save the most of files. I think your best hopes are to do it.
I'm ok now I decompiler a stock from and got the files that way
Oh ya, sorry I forgot you could do that.

[Baseband] Latest Modem Files (v24p51)

Extracted directly from latest global MIUI (6.1.8)
Just flash in recovery to install
https://www.mediafire.com/?clj09s1jxfu7svn
Thanks for this. But what to use this for?
Is there any limitation in which one of model can be used ? Prime Version or General Version ? I'm afraid that my prime version becomes brick after flashing wrong version.

Quoting daniel101, on needrom: "I use p48 modem as default cause i think its more stable with reception and battery consumtion"; I assume p51 is also a good thing
I have a doubt, though. I'm currently running MIUI 6.1.14 developer, and whenever I restart the device, and after typing the SIM pin, it takes over 30 seconds to establish a connection to the operator/network, which doesn't seem normal. When I had CyanEcch (CM 12), it happened almost instantly.
What might be causing this delay, and how can I fix it?
P37 is the best for me...

I just flashed your ROM and network connection was actually faster on the first boot, I'll see if it keeps up on next restart.
Nice to see other development, hope much will coming.
Anyone can pls upload P48 & P37 as an option to compare for a try ?

It depends on a lot of things... Which rom, rooted, mods, kernel, etc.? You should repost in appropriate forum, (device help/questions&answers, or rom-specific), and provide all relevant info.

Ah, they probably removed it from Oreo kernel then, I tried it once on Nougat and it worked. So scratch #4, no FM at all now
Dial *#*#6484#*#* from your dialer. There's an option for FM radio at the end for testing. Use it from there.
Works with root and without root too.

anytime :good:
There is a "FM Radio shortcut for Mi A1" and that's precisely its name. The only drawback is the volume automatically jumps to 100%.

Let's request kernel modification then.
Try this:
Spirit2 2014_12_16_lollipop
After a start error, it works.
I dont know if root is required.

I won't share the link directly, it will be deleted from XDA. But I can give you a hint probably, the filename of this app is "Spirit2.ver.2014_12_16_lollipop.build.76.apk". Hint #2, don't remove the quotes when searching for it.
