[Q] How to Find Out Whether Anything is Wrong after Dropping Phone

Hello, I'm new at xda-developers, and I want to ask a question. I just dropped my phone accidentally, and I have checked everything inside my phone, everything is inside, but sometimes there might be hidden faults, so how do I check for the hidden faults? Thanks in advance.

Give it for servicing if you want but there shouldn't be any need of doing that. It depends upon from what height your cell fell down.

Sim card

Hi peeps just wondered if any of you might of had this problem when I turn off my hox and turn it back on I can't get signal and its not showing that I have a sim in there until I hold power button down to do soft reset happens nearly all the time my phone never rooted and its an unlocked virsion.

Never hapened to me on neither Stock ROM or Custom ROMS. Have you tried doing a factory reset?

I had this its a faulty sim card tray few repairs on here to try putting a piece of sellotape to make the tray fit more snug never worked for me sent back repaired under warranty.

Some punctuations would make your story better to read though.

On top of the menu screen i dont know how i got "search all application" i cant move it or get keybord it totally unresposive ,can somebody tell me how to move it.thnx

Press the back button.
Or if the phone is completely locked down, hold the power button until the phone shuts off and turn it back on.

I am smart enough to know that he is compesanting for something in real life. Maybe girls dont like him,maybe he is "small" or short or his wife is abusing him. Thats whay i dont get mad, he has to be rude to feel better,and he does it online because he cant do i real life. Dont worry i am that you will find somebody to love you for whom you are.

[Q] HTC one x - nothing but static on screen

trying to help my friends daughter with her phone.
It started doing this, and she saw online that she could gently flex/twist the phone to maybe fix it and ended up breaking the screen.
I replaced the screen and the phone is still like this.
I can power the phone on, and hear the startup tones, but thats it.
help! any ideas?

Yes hardware problem of the board..had this also in the past..my provider changed the phone

Maybe if you get a screen broke hox from eBay or so..most of the times very cheap..a new board is to expensive

Got my phone about a week ago, and when on call with someone they intermediately cant here me at all, anyone know a fix or have this issue?plz help.

If you have not flashed any roms or anything else yet then take the phone back to Tmobile for an exchange.

I had this problem on me gs2. Try opening the calling screen > hit the menu button > click call settings > enable or disable noise reduction. I dont remember which one made it better for me but it should be pretty easy for you to test both.
