It was not ment to being released as part of roms yet.
The cooks that approached me for permission would have found that out.
Pleaes direct all comments / questions / thoughts to this thread
There will be release within the next couple of days that allows you to switch between "Configuration Profiles Easily"

Sorry for no contacting you about including your tool in the ROM. As I see it cooked ROMs can have little problems because of the software included but bug reports are always welcome...I imagine this also is good for you if someone tells about any problem with your application.
I/we will welcome any new release, I can assure you it will be included in next 3des releases

of course it might not have been the Rom perse, but I add very few apps.

There's no problem with flashing again same SPL and Radio, but if you still want an OS only NBH, tell me, will upload to rapidshare/megaupload.

My Stripped Rom originally Crashed w/ KarhU's Benchmark Test.
I think these Roms were built w/ HyperCore's xx_os.nb which also crashed KarhU's test.
Which in both cases may have been the result of not deleting the OEM_FLASHDRV.DLL
I have since followed matts suggestion:

After that, I ran SPB Benchmark two times on my stripped version, and it ran all the way thru without a crash.

I ran Schaps 3.54c w/o Ext Rom for almost 2 months and never had any issues.

Honest Mistake
Thanks dude, currently running 4.01 with some apps in extended rom, this is perfect. Been running 4.01 for a few weeks now and it is solid.
Had some problems with previous bigstorage roms (freezing) will report back if any problems.
Nice thing is I can just go back to 4.01 standard with a backup file if required.

I hope you mean store a copy of it on the storage card for your treo that you later plan to flash to your Hermes
The 'full' download is corrupt, tried to download twice
when extracted with winrar:

It might be the xx_os.nb I used.
Don't know if that's a bad thing, good thing, or otherwise.
Either way the Rom works great for me.

I am having ridicules internet trouble.
I am going to give up on trying to upload a fixed Full.
Here is all I did to get rid of the Extended_Rom
Get the Ruu_signed.nbh
NbhExtract to NbDump (Tadzio’s Tools)
Replaced Schaps xx_os.nb with Bepe’s (rename if needed)
And then NbBuild.
Used Dutty’s ‘Nb to Nbh.’
And then Flashed.
That’s the simple way, and it worked for me first time.
I actually did a lot more after that to fix shortcuts that pointed to ExtRom, and moved contents of ExtRom to xx_os.nb.dump.
And if you really want to clean it up, you can edit the Registry to reflect changes.
no worries, I stick with 4.01 standard for now.

What did you strip and what did you leave from the full? I don't use all the apps in it but like having some available 'just in case'. Here is the latest version of Schap's config tool. I brought it over from the Development and Hacking section because there seem to be so many requests for it here. All credit goes to Schaps and also Nadavi for translating to English. Enjoy

when i try to edit the touchflo settings, it comes up with an error and says i must restart the program. i tried to highlight and copy all of the error code, but the function was unavailable. i am using a Sprint Vogue...with dcd's 0.2.0 vogue rom. is this program only for Hermes Mobile 6?

yes, it's for Hermes wm6, and om-by points out kaiser to. you should check schap's thread out in the Development section for the vogue.

This ROM sucks!
No it isn't... I flashed it a few minutes ago and it is awfull!
The PDA hangs constantly the top bar is copletely screwed up, the top icons are not correctely displayed and eventhough i changed it's pagepool to 12, it is as laggish as the boy can be.
I do not recommend using it.
I am changing back to PV DVH...

Hi there, ROM was OK not as bad after a hard reset, it seems stable. What I would like to see is leaving everything else out, including the HTC home, and other programs that can be added on to one's liking.
I think it can go a long way, it doesn't 'suck' but it can be improved.

The screen you see with the tabs etc is TF3D it depends on what ROM your on you can do search in XDA or Google to learn more then you can research Themes search search it is your friend

Files inside TF3D is called or named, Manila, so you need to know what version of TF3D you are using. Go to your Settings Tab, then About and you can see what version of TF3D you are using.

You propably use Manila v2.0, which means that themes for Manila v2.1 and v3, are not compatible with your device.
BUT!
First off, you should take a look at giving your phone a new ROM.
The kitchen cooks for TouchHD here on xda, are FABOLOUS! Right now, your Touch HD is slow as hell. Try and swipe the menus. Notice the lags. Enter the application pane. Swipe up and down. See?
The kitchen cooked ROMs in here, replaces the one you have - and gives you up to 20x faster performance (no kidding, and no exhaggeration).
I myself, use Laurentius26 v3.55 (www.laurentius26.net -- you have to become member of his website to download the rom, but it's all free, so don't worry).
Most people like Dutty's ROMs also - they're great too!
No matter what you choose, I promise you'll feel that your Touch HD has transformed into a speed monster. Especially in the menus!
Oh yeah - and as a side dish, you get the newest version of Manila and TouchFlo3D. Personally, I think that the version in the Laurantius26-ROM that I use, is so super-duper, that I don't want to spend time looking for other themes. I have thought of designing/programming a completely new GUI myself, but I gave up, as I don't have Microsoft Visual Studio.
But you have the oppertunity if you patch with a new ROM. I highly recommend you do that first thing.

Your manila can be found by going to settings tab in TF3D and then scrolling down to 'About'
It should state something like TouchFLO 3D 2.1.38658.2. The first 2 numbers i.e. 2.1 in this case state which manila you have
There appears to be no official update from HTC for a Indian rom. You can however update to any coooked rom by using either USPL or HSPL. I'd recommend you follow this guide and read up on the wiki. Available cooked roms can be found in this forum.

Any further queries regarding rom upgrade should be posted in this thread or thread of rom you decide to flash to.

Then you don't have manila 2.0 or 2.1.
No one can provide you with the information 'which rom is best' as every rom appeals to different people. Best thing you can do is read each rom thread and make your own conclusion. As a pointer, the most widely used roms generally cooked by the following guys:
Duttythroy, Miri, NRGZ28, Laurentius26 & kwbr.
All of the latest roms generally use manila 2.1 and either wm6.1 or wm6.5 (should say on title of each thread)

For help on flashing the ROM, read the guide in my signature.
For how to restore the stock ROM, read this thread where it says: How to reflash Stock/Shipped SPL - STEP BY STEP - FOR WARRANTY REASONS ONLY!
Also, it will be under warranty IF you restore it before you send it back for warranty purposes. If you send it back with a custom ROM/SPL on it HTC will most likely not warranty it.

For help on flashing the ROM, read the guide in my signature.
For how to restore the stock ROM, read this thread where it says: How to reflash Stock/Shipped SPL - STEP BY STEP - FOR WARRANTY REASONS ONLY!
Also, it will be under warranty IF you restore it before you send it back for warranty purposes. If you send it back with a custom ROM/SPL on it HTC will most likely not warranty it.

I won't do that. They are two totally different ROM's with totally different features. You should try them both out and see which you prefer

It really doesn't get any clearer/easier than that. That is a step-by-step guide. If you can't follow that I would suggest not flashing your device, or get someone to do it for you.
You should also read up on the Wiki. It will help you out a lot too.
