What would you like to see in a ROM? - HTC Wildfire S

What would you guys like to see in a ROM?
I'm planning on cooking up a from from stock 2.3.5 (dsixda kitchen- just basic stuff).
Do any of you have any suggestions as to what I might include in it, app or kernel tweak wise? I'm thinking ...
Dust kernel
V6 Supercharger
New Adreno 200 Libs...
Etc.
Anymore ideas? What about apps? I'm gonna try and keep the Rom as light as possible, so the included apks will be places under user instead rather than system, so they can be removed by the user if they so wish to.
Any suggestions welcome.

[Request] HTC sense 4 music app and widget

Since the devs are all busy trying to port the sense 4 to the wfs, I was just thinking will it be possible to port the music app and widget to the under development ics cm9 ROM.

I could upload it but I have no idea if it will just work or it will require editing. At the moment I'm too busy to work on porting apps though but I will upload an unmodified app to see if it just works.

That's cuz all HTC apps are Sense framework based and are closed source so its almost impossible to make them run on other firmwares... the only port we have is the HTC I ME I soo duno how the dev got it working tho...

If you do that, music app will be the only application that's gonna work. Other applications need old framework.

Wildchild does not have ICS (otherwise it would have bugs) It doesn't have Beats Audio either but does have an Equaliser which you can use to optimise the sound for yourself.
Hmmm... Do you know any stable beats or ics Roms?

my ROM is ICS based and have beats audio and it's have camcorder, stability, and other cool stuff. You can find it in dev thread it called SpeedDroid ROM.
Best and stable roms would be 99% of those based on gingerbread.
Anything ICS/JB based will have bugs.
Ahh, thanks a lot guys for these responses! I'll check out that Rom you just suggested sounded good! Would you know any gingerbread stable roms? (With beats)

Jelly bean roms in our device have issue of fast drain. You can try using battery save techniques like switching off autosync and screen brightness. Also check for background apps.
Some users reported that after using the ROM for a week their battery life got better.

It's one of the most used feature of phone isn't it?
It includes all the components used to run it as well like sensors and all. Also autobrighness will just drain the **** out of battery on JB so try manual brightness only. and then see the difference.
True that. I'll try it out and see. Thanks

yeah that was beta version of JB rom which i was testing.its dev ll soon released it.
but when i was testing,i never see any speed in any rom.its recents app section was so speedy and first time in history stock keyboard is faster than our sense rom keyboard.
so i thought might cm10 is faster than cm9.but somehow they both are same.nova launcher can make app drawer speedy but time for opening apps and all are same.no difference that i can see.

Nowhere, stock rom is the one preinstalled on your phone. And I close this thread now as you won't get a better answer.
