Hi guys,
I wanted to change the lockscreen of the value pack of my wave 533 firmware..
S5330XXLC1..
I wanted to replace it with another lockscreen dat i have..
So could you please tell me how to change d hex value of the .rc1 file after replacing d file..
Otherwise could you plz post a link to a topic about how to do it?
I searched the forums but i couldnt find any thread..

Use Flash Decompiler and you can understand:
1.
Why black color Background is locked...
2.
Why only 10 sites for Apps and only 12 Icons each site...

With Flash Decompiler very easily to modify.
And now the bad news...

I have no idea, If bada 2.0 brings more chance for customization, as I read something about Lock Screen. Btw. *.swf file...

almost all samsung phones use a flash interface... so we just have to look how to edit those on bada....
i had a samsung star before and there everything was flash too so we maybe can change those files on wave too
great news , but we have to found a solution to replace the swf file .....
adfree , what is the original name of the file ?
so how will we change the menu background???
or it can't even be changed

adfree would it be possible to make a custom application and replace the existing flash UI with it. I was thinking of Porting the enlightenment libs to bada and using them to create a community maintained, cross platform, UI.

That would be truly interesting... I think that if you get to replace it it should work...
At this time we stuck in some problems...
How to build valid RC1 or alternate way...
But work in progress.

Hi all,
I'm French, so apologize for my bad english, anyway, i try my best to post an understable question.
Sine i got my Arc S i play with rom, kernel and theme without no problem.
Actually, i set dpi to 180, and everything is allright wi GO launcher.
Now, i moded SemcPhone.apk so that it fill the screnn resolutution, and here is my question.
What i do :
- decompile semcphone
- modify the dimens.xml found in the /res/value/ decompiled file, and set all the dip values to fil the screen,(using factor of 1,33)
- recompiled file and push it on the phone.
At this step all is ok, only the panel where are the 4 button (mute, keypad, contact and speaker) not fit the screen.
Then, i tried to modify the androidmanifest.xml in the support-screen section, recompiled and pushed, no work, got error.
Tried the seme thing with the other xml in the layout folder of the decompiled file and the same error.
So my question is, how can i do.
If i want to modify the layout xml file, is there another way to do.
Actually i use DoomKernel V18 and Acronium 7b2.

S8600, S7250, S5380 have more ""Security""...
But for extraction Wave_Remaker...
Version is mandatory or additional steps required.

Are you able to work with HEX Editor ?
I have NOT much time for other handsets...
Maybe easiest way to replace last 1024 Byte from S8600 or something similar...
Can't remember if S7250 same problem...
But short on S5380 I can find encrypted part... cut... decrypt...

i had modded Velvet.apk in Black Blue everithink fine, but everytime i had tryed Google search it collapsed (Fc).
what i have done ??
i had decompilied and move pngs and in Values/color mod the color hexcode then recompiled
all is going but google search crasht (Fc)

ok buddy , no offense but please change the title from , mod/so and so to may be ( please help me to mod /so and so )
now i dont know if you are editing it properly or not ,
but even if you edit it properly are u signing it properly or not
and are u compiling/decompiling it with proper framework installed .. these things need to be checked
is simple words , go through as many how to compile/decompile guides available and read it as much as u can , thats how i learned :good:
i decompile whit the same Rom in ther the apk is.
and it is all the same signed or not signed.
I don't know who is the problem
