It is probably checking for root permission, and if it finds t won't allow you for access to the app.
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
It works after I allow it permission... I was just curious as to why it did.
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
Sounds like you have a malware fake

Mine asked too. Figured it was checking and wouldn't work if it allowed access so I denied it. Worked fine afterwards.
HBOGO did that for a couple versions.
I allowed it, works perfectly. Don't know why it wanted root, but it works.
was on the verizon website looking at their apps for streaming videos and came accross this
"Please note: rooted devices cannot playback commercial content due to DRM restrictions"
maybe this is why xfinity is asking for SU.
I denied it and it works fine.

You most likely have to many devices registered. Go on the Amazon Site and remove some of those devices you have listed on your amazon account.

i can sign in on my web browser but when i sign in on the app it tell me to enter a vaild email. Then when i select help from the app it says something about at&t compatibility think it might be a at&t/rom port thing. Oh yeah i just have one device set up for the store

Prior to rooting and flashing cwm or any of that did you wipe google wallet (reset) prior? If not you may have borked it.

Is google wallet safe to use, what if you lose your phone. Can someone access your credit card info?

Google wallet is locked, in that everytime you open the app, you need to input your password. So unless they know the pin, they won't have access. Additionally, you can set up an additional screen lock pin.
worked like a charm
Thx

I installed the new root66 JB and it seems that ad-free android doesn't actually block ads anymore. It says my host file is up to date, and and I restarted but I still get ads in places that I didn't get before the update. Xda, Pandora, ect. Is anyone else having this problem?

You have to check the symlink if needed button and run it and it should work

I just had to go and find Ad Free again and install it. Cannot find it on google anymore, had to use dogpile. This app just disappeared from my tablet, I think google playstore had something to do with that. Now that it is reinstalled and working, is there anyway to protect this app from google trying to purge it again? Like with Titanium Backup or something? Thanks.
Google didn't purge it. Well they did, but only from their store.

Why not use what everyone else uses to remove ads, here is the link for "Adaway.apk" and it works just as well on JB or
any other versions of roms.
Here is the direct download link: http://www48.zippyshare.com/v/60362249/file.html
The play store no longer supports any add-blocking apps that's why you will not find it there.
Good Luck!
It works fantastic with my Note2.Running CleanAtt LK7 base. How amazing is this Op?I have tested all the features and no bugs to reprort .Found this yesterday .

How do u get into some one's secured wifi with this ?
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using xda premium
A Little Advice.
This app would appeal to folks living in newbie Nirvana. There's one born every minute...I hear.
For those who insist on using unsecured wi-fi hotspots (e.g., coffee shops) and/or accessing sites that don't employ (at a minimum) HTTPS ,you can easily cloak your activities from this tool with a simple OpenVPN client. See 'simple Internet Access' up on Play Store. An encrypted OpenVPN tunnel will keep your activities cloaked and data unreadable
Pretty crazy. I saw my wife's iPhone on our network and used the password sniffer- it immediately told me her Hotmail username and password!
I already knew it of course, but the implications are frightening!

Use root keeper and back up root. Then temp unroot with root keeper. Once you are temp unrooted go to settings, application management and force stop flixster. When you open flixster back up it shouldnt give you the message again. You will have to do this again if you reboot your phone since root is restored upon reboot.
